If have Sealy (Pinny) in you Hand you can also go into a old entity Hastorr, using then the hop ear to synchro hastor into Volcan the divine, blocking 1 monster with the Effect of hastor and popping 1 back to the hand. Or you can use ancient warrior link2 to send the hastor in your spell zone to the gy to trigger this effect
Also another thing you can do with wallaby is instead of searching hop ear you search sealy, go into dessert loctuses, rip 1 card from their hand. Use it to go into stardust accel synchron revive sealy use its effect get stardust and make satellite warrior unaffected pop 3. Giving you a wallaby for next turn, a pop 4 and 1 random discard.
Honestly 2 hop ear plus 1 omega in ED is kinda big. (more hop eats will become a MUST when Accel Stardust Dragon releases) It comes up a lot where I'm playing the deck going second. Resolve gamma, and then can hop ear driver into omega not only keeping gamma live in hand, and negate+destroying a monster but also ripping a card when my opponent is going first! Really really good stuff. It's also just good to open either Hop or Pinny and then search out the other one during your opponents turn and then use Hop/Pinny and start just synchro climbing into Cheerful/Desert Locusts/Omega/Baronne. Crazy stuff! Another really good tech in the deck is Scareclaw Tri-Heart. A really good Melffy "Oh Shit" button mid-game for me is making a 4 mat Zeus, Wally, and a Tri-Heart on field. Really good stuff! Closes games since your opponent doesn't generate as many resources as melffys so how can they out the board with 1-2 cards in hand? Great vid! :)
If you include desert locusts and borreload savage in the extra deck you have a choice when using melffy sealy to synchro summon. Since your combo gives you a synchro 6 potential anyway you can synchro into desert locusts and rip you opponent a card and then use the kalantosa on field with the locusts to make Savage and equip the Bearbrumm in your grave to get a 2 Negate Savage as part of taking your opponent apart.
12:11 You should be able to go into Omega if Obedience Schooled gets Ashed. The Beast-Only restriction only applies to your turn if your effect resolves! Hope this helps!
Wow I just saw the new stuff 2 days ago and it really sold me on the archetype. I was already planning on buying it but now definitely. Tri melffy looks so incredibly fun and I'm also looking to try out Luna tri

Thanks for the video! Honestly, I'm torn on whether it's better to prioritize links or synchros with the new support. Wallaby plus Sealy can go into a Satellite Warrior with 2 or 3 pops, plus the bounce from Cheerful Melffys and one or two pops from Kalantosa. Baronne does a lot for the deck too, and you can get a Borreload with 4 counters if you use Shuraig to search. Running Bearbraumm in the deck is a bit weird too, because while Revolt is a really powerful card it means you can't special summon any Melffys you might have in hand at the end of the turn. Definitely a lot to consider. Also, in a more synchro-focused build, Gamma + Hop-Ear can be nuts going second with the new Accel Synchro Stardust Dragon--though you do have to draw both, it's a 10% chance if you're playing 3 of each. What are your thoughts?

Fair lol, though if one Fraktall, Rescue Cat, Obedience Schooled, or hard opening Sealy+Wallaby is all you need, it's more just a matter of whether you wanna run more hop-ears or more handtraps. Since I can't imagine the deck having an easy time going second, it might be a legitimate option depending on the meta. And drawing hop-ear can be useful if you can't otherwise get to Sealy, but you definitely only need to run one. Accesscode is great for finishing games, don't get me wrong, and you can still run it! But I wouldn't quite compare it to dropping a satellite warrior on the opponent's turn; it's just a totally different utility. There's some crazy stuff you can do with a more synchro-focused Melffy build that I think could be worth exploring or testing out. Thanks for replying!

One each of puppy, catty, wallaby, sealy, pony, and hop-ear with full tri-brigade package and handtraps might end up being the optimal build, plus one staring contest to search off Forest instead of a Melffy in case you open Kalantosa. Or maybe Splight-Melffy will end up being the dominant build. And Apo is stronger against some decks, 3-5 cards destroyed/bounced mid-combo is stronger against others. Wish the extra deck was just a bit larger to fit in both. x_x But hey, you can at least just make Baronne! Either way, I'm really excited for the new support and will keep an eye on what people come up with in the OCG!
The only thing Konami could have made better would have been to treat Cheerful Melffys as level 2 monster while in the GY, so that we could have "looped" it with Joyous Melffys over and over again. But nevertheless, the amount of options, power and consistency the new cards add to the deck is just amazing!

not sure how much you can fit in, but honestly the splight link 2 pairs really nicely with melffy for extension + protection. It's especially handy if you're playing it with tri-brigade, since Fraktall + any target for Kerass becomes full combo. Really looking forward to seeing what else people come up with.

Not if Gamma was used to negate the Ash. But since Gamma is level 2 you can just overlay it into Melffy of the Forest.
