Ways to be the worst film director of all time: 1. 0 effort to improve 2. Send either immoral or moral messages in a wrong way or style 3. Cyber bully and threaten the people who review or criticize your film 4. Lazy and childish writing 5. Take down multiple reviews of your film 6. Impersonate a law firm 7. Do the complete opposite of what you preach 8. Refuse to pay the people who work for you 9. Rip-off big time companies by using character knock-offs or off-brands (Seriously though, do not follow any of these steps. Otherwise you will be going through a very dark road.)
Step 1 is kind of out of most people's controls unless they're already famous. Plus, many great directors' debuts had ridiculously low budgets (Nolan's Following, Rodriguez's El Mariachi, Aranofsky's Pi, Tarantino's Reservoir Dogs).

No, you can get the IP address, it's quite easy to do. But it's kind of pointless, because it's hard to figure out the exact location from it, you can only find out the city. You can probably contact the ISP, but I guess they'll give you the location only if you have some kind of legal order.
It is possible, but finding out the IP of someone only really affects them if the person finding out about the IP adress then proceeds to DDoS said someone.

Continuous harassment followed by a bunch of 1) 'death threats', 2) demands/statements that they want you to do for them to make them look better while you would be a weak, powerless 'bully'/idiot who tried to pick a fight with a 'genius', 3) random harassment and/or 'gang bullying' (they pretend to be someone or some group to make you feel like you're being beaten up by numbers, makes you feel small and like a minority when it really isn't)
A few more things could be added but I can't really think of them (more like put them into words; these situations are just ridiculous, really)

No, you can get the IP address, it's quite easy to do. But it's kind of pointless, because it's hard to figure out the exact location from it, you can only find out the city. You can probably contact the ISP, but I guess they'll give you the location only if you have some kind of legal order.
It is possible, but finding out the IP of someone only really affects them if the person finding out about the IP adress then proceeds to DDoS said someone.
