Heroes In Transition 2023 Year In Review

Learn about the impact of our programs from individuals, military couples, and military families that we served over the course of 2023. These programs offer healing, strengthen relationships, build community, and empower those we serve.
This video was first shown at Heroes In Transition's (HIT) 14th Annual Fall Gala on Friday, September 22 at The Coonamessett in Falmouth.
On an annual basis, HIT serves over 1,400 individuals who are serving or have served in their military and their loved ones. Based on Cape Cod, we support veterans, service members, military couples, military spouses, and military families through 14 unique programs.
While the majority of the individuals and families we serve live on Cape Cod and the Islands, our impact extends to Southeastern Massachusetts, Central Massachusetts, and Greater Boston, as well as other parts of New England, including Rhode Island, New Hampshire, and Maine.
