2024 HIT Year in Review

In 2024, Heroes In Transition entered its 15th year, a milestone anniversary for an organization committed to providing assistance to service members, veterans, military couples, military spouses, and military families on Cape Cod and the Islands as well as Southeastern Massachusetts, Greater Boston, Central Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and beyond.
With 15 unique programs, Heroes In Transition's work is focused on building community, strengthening relationships, connecting individuals to services that are a pathway to healing, and empowering all we serve to live the lives they want to live. During the first weekend of March 2024, over two dozen runners participated in the David Goggins 4x4x48 Challenge on Cape Cod.
