हमारी delivery हो चुकी है। इस सब के कारन हमारा बदन भी एकदम सवेदनशील हो चूका है। कही दर्द है , कही खिचाव हैऔर घरमे सबका पूरा ध्यान नन्हे मुन्हे जान की तरफ जा रहा है। माँ के शरीर में इतने बदलाव आ गए है और नए माँ को हमेशा लगता है की काश चीज़े पहले पता होती तो अब चीज़े आसान हो जाती।
तो जानते है वो बाते कोनसी है
1. पेट का फुले ही रहना '
डिलीवरी होगयी , बच्चा तो बाहर आ गया लेकिन माँ को पता नहीं होता है की अपना पेट ऐसे ही फुला रहने वाला है जैसे की माँ ६ महीने की गर्भवती है
2. Bleeding after delivery
डिलीवरी के बाद माँ को ब्लीडिंग होता है। किसीका ब्लीडिंग १० दिन में रुकता है तो किसीका ६ हफ्ते तक चला रहता है।
3. Breastfeeding
स्तन पान मुश्किल रहता है इसकी माँ को जानकारी नहीं रहती। Breastfeeding में गलत तरीके के वजह से , गलत latching से nipples पे घाव बन जाते है या छेद बन जाते है और वो बोहोत दर्दनाक होते है। काश माँ को feeding की तकनीक पता होती और lactation consultant से मुलकात होती तो feeding करने में आसानी होती।
4. Episiotomy का दर्द
नार्मल डिलीवरी vagina के पास stiches डाले जाते है जिसको episiotomy कहा जाता है। माँ को बैठते या उठते वह थोड़ा दर्द देते है। कभी कभी २-३ हफ्ते तक ये दर्द होता है।
5. Postpartum hair loss
डिलीवरी के बाद होर्मोनेस के बदलाव के वजहसे हमारे बाल झड़ना शुरू हो जाते है।
6. Afterpains
जब हम बच्चे को feeding केलिए breast पे लगाते है और बेबी जब ढूढ पीना शुरू कर देता है उसके साथ माँ क पेट में एकदम खिचाव सा आता है। हर feeding के वक्त ये होता है और इसको हम afterpains कहते है।
7. Backpain after delivery
डिलीवरी के बाद पीठ दर्द रहता है और ये दोनों तरीको की डिलीवरी में होता है। तो उसको टालने के लिए पहलेही अगर माँ को पता होता राहत मिलती।
8 . stress urinary incontinence
नार्मल डिलीवरी के बाद हमारे निचले अवयव थोड़े से disturb हो जाते है या खींचे खींचे हो जाते है। इसका असर पिशाब के थैली पर भी पड़ता है। इसलिए खाँसने या छीकने के बाद हमारा पेशाब छूट जाता है या leakage होता है। कुछ exercises से हम इससे बच सकते है
9. Constipation / कब्ज
हमारा डाइट और हॉर्मोन में बदलाव के कारन कब्ज होते है।
10. मानसिक संतुलन
डिलीवरी के बाद माँ की नींद हर दो घंटे के बाद खुल जाती है बच्चे के कारन। इस के वजह से नींद पूरी ही नहीं होती और हमारा मानसिक संतुलन ढल जाता है।
ये सारी बाते अगर डिलीवरी से पहले पता होती तो ये सफर काफी आसान हो जाता।

Well said mam, I wish I knew this before. It's so horrible experience now. Never thought I will go through this much pain. Sleepless night, period, hair loss, back pain, leg pain , weight gain what not. 3 months still continues... Motherhood is a painful journey and no one talked about it.
And sometimes no. One understand your pain... People say its all normal... 🥵

Aap ka harek video maine flow kiya aur pregnancy mai bohot help huya many many thanks mam. Last 24th August mera baby boy huya C-Section delivery huya aur last 4th august mere husband expired huye isliye maine only two days hospital mai hi rest kiya aur fir sab kam karna pada because mare ghor mai koyi v nhi hai . mujhe breast milk kam ati hai aur back pain v hai.

Madam namashkar ! My wife is approaching EDD in a week's time. There are 2 cords around the neck in just a week, compared to 1 cord in last visit. My wife was mentally preparing herself for normal delivery & doctor has now suggested for C section. We believe our doctor, but is there still any chance of normal delivery ? Also her amniotic fluid level has reduced & also observed in scan that growth of the bady is 2 weeks slow ! How to go about it madam ?
