@Shaman Xeed yeah Asbel, Cheria, and Sophie are popular in Japan.
then again Asbel is mostly popular cause his Japanese actor, Takahiro Sakurai, is uber popular. Which might actually be why a lot of western Tales fans didn't like Bandai Namco using Bryce Papenbrock to voice Asbel.

I don't care what people say. This has my FAVORITE combat style in an RPG by far, and it's fun as hell and the characters are lovable. It may not be the best Tales of game (I prefer The Abyss) but it's easily my second favorite.
I think most westerners didn't like it because we're not as used to Team Destiny games, since we never got any localized for the west until Tales of Graces ƒ.
@@GiordanDiodato I think it’s also because Graces is aimed at a younger audience than most Tales games so it throws them a bit. You could argue that it’s an actual children’s game - I certainly consider it one.
@@fizr8618 i got this game when i was like 9 so i wont argue with that lol, i never was able to finish the game though because the bosses got way too hard for my level because i used to almost always flee from the battles back then, i should probably restart a whole new game
@@fizr8618 I don't think attempted genocide, PTSD, assassination attempts, and warring countries would be considered kid friendly, but ok.
Its the first one I played and only one. I am replaying it and almost done with it. Ima move on to other and I love everything about this game. Its one of my all time favorites.

I beat this game yesterday and every time i start playing. I play this song first mainly because it makes me remember all the stuff ive been through.
Awesome credits track! I really enjoyed Graces F, mostly cuz I played as Sophie and zipped around enemies and punched their lights out.

Longest Tales of ever
I had like 50 hours of gameplay on my save,and i usally dont do sidequests.
And still i have to do the Future Arc.
Even if i liked the battlesystem of xillia a bit better,but the story and emotions of graces are waaaaaaaaay better than xillias.

What appealed to me the most about Tales of Graces was the dialogue and writing. It was wittier, albeit cheesier, but the characters were more colorful-- in more ways than one! I do mean in terms of personality, while the writing in Tales of Xillia fell flat in that aspect, focusing more on vocabulary, lore, and politics more than anything else.
in my opinion xillia was better slso xillia 2 coming out soon :D
I feel like the story in Xillia and Graces-f were great, but I really miss the classic combo style used in Abyss and Vesperia.
Believe it or not, I clocked a whole 225+ hours at the end of my main arc completion because I went out for pretty much EVERYTHING from inn requests to sidequests, to soul orbs, to dualizing everything that I could, and getting all the titles (not DLC) maxed. I still need to do the Zonecage post-dungeon in the main arc too though, so I didn't do absolutely everything, but that's still quite a bit, wouldn't you say? As far as the battle system, I totally agree since Xillia had the linked system which I fell in love with, especially the linked artes :D.

7 years ago... The F version have more features than the Wii and the F mean the future arc is only in the Ps3 version with more extras.
