Was nice to meet you Phil, I popped in Le Pub twice during my holiday few weeks back and was made to feel welcome by yourself and the girls (we had a chat about the old Beacon Radio, Tettenhall Road 😄), anyway i’m back in October for few weeks holiday and I hope to revisit your bar, all the best mate, Bruce from Wolverhampton.
Apart from the usual, one of the best things about Le Pub is the hand dryer. A very important device as you dont want the beer slipping out of wet hands and vert underrated 😄
Wow,! That’s Amazing ! A new coffee Machine Congratulations 😂😂! ! Pattaya Must be Exploding with Excitement! 😂 It will be refreshing / so Good to be served a Coffee by a patriarch who Hangs his identity outside his establishment 😀😀🥳🥳🥳 Is It True, you as the owner. Are allowed to serve Customers Yourself, from behind The Counter of YOUR OWN BAR/ RESTAURANT By Thai Law! ???
Wow. Martin. You really are a hater aren’t you. No, I don’t serve my customers but I do have a work permit. Cheers for letting me point that out. The coffee really is nice.
One of our favourite pubs in Pattaya and sorry we missed you in Feb this year but we did a bit of island hopping , coming back next Feb so will pop in. Will bring you more Arran Cheese if you like! 😊 You’ve got the best selection of tequila in Pattaya and you do a great margarita! See you soon! May and David ❤️ ❤
Phil I have to say every time I come in I’m very happy with your staff and the atmosphere. Ladies are lovely and the other staff are top notch. Music is at a perfect level, I can always talk to anyone and enjoy the music perfectly. You are too good at this, I always envy how you have the system worked out and don’t sweat the little things. Very chill. Take care of yourself and keep the bar going so I have a place to go when I want to play some pool and have a nice cool beer after a walk. Cheers and I’ll see you soon to try my first Guinness.
I hope to visit Pattaya in the next couple of years. Been trying to decide what time of year is best. The rain doesn't bother me so maybe low season might be an idea
Hi Neil. If you have a choice, definitely come during low season or rainy season. You can usually find a cheaper flight, hotel, and some of the entertainment perks are cheaper as well. Hope I helped you.
Big hello Martin. Everything is as it should be. Little bit rainy here but never mind. Definitely low season at the moment but I’m not stressed. See you soon.
good job you put beautiful Aei's locker is where it is, she would never reach it if it was on the top row! Stella is a great choice for me, it's not as sweet as most and is no stronger than the local bottled beers but i really don't like the stemmed glasses take care Eggy, hope to see you in October when i will be looking for a retirement apartment!!🙂🙂🙂

if I were a guy looking for the best bang for my buck, low season would be fine for me. I don't necessarily like crowds and it's less noisy, as well. You'd think that prices would be adjusted to draw people in, whether for drinks or for snatch (!)
People would just see that as putting up prices during high season. Not a good look. In low season I give away more free drinks to nice customers in the bar, I prefer to do it that way.
@@LePubPattaya I don't think my statement reflected the notion that 'prices would be adjusted to draw people in' could possibly imply that the prices were raised? I'm confused by your response.
@@chrisjuricichxl5thanks for your reply but if I drop prices in low season then folks only see it when I put them back to the old prices during high season. People just see the negative.

Expanding is a disaster for most bars a gogos. Champagne was a great a go on LK Metro but was ruined when it expanded. A large place needs lots of girls/customers to keep a good atmosphere but look empty without.
This low season thing does not exist on walking st in my opinion. I’ve been there at all times of a year. I was there a couple of months ago in April and I swear I will never go to Thailand in April again. I would also say the number of women is down in Pattaya or I am going blind.
I don’t like Thailand in April because it is so hot and also because of the water festival. As for your comment about girls, I think there are quite a few girls, but they are more spread out in venues all over the area. However, the economy in Thailand is doing very well and women don’t feel the need to work in the industry. Which is a positive positive thing.
I've gotta stop by at the end ofJuly. If I use Grab where should I have them drop me off - Diamond at 2nd, or right to your door? I'm coming from Metropole on Diana at Buakhao. I don't think it's doable by Baht bus, if I'm wrong, tell me.
Great video Phil, Regarding the EXTRA payments that you need to make wink wink, Are these payments fixed so that you can make your balance sheet work out accordingly and can you add this on to the license fee when your doing your accounts. I understand about the extra payments and why you do it, But you don't want to be hit with someone asking for a very inflated price that could drive you out of business
