Mexico is handing out scholarships to graduating high school seniors. Women get a pension starting at 64, for having taken care of their families. School lunches are going to be free. The elderly get medical care as needed. Mexico has their own national bank now that will work with pharmacies to help take care of the elderly. We get nothing but debt.

His coat and backpack in the two photos released from around the time of the hit don't match. Different coat (different cut and pockets), different backpack (strap colors changed). His facial proportions don't match the smiling photo (different nose and lower face). So they're suggesting the thought to change clothes, but carried the 3D printed weapon on him instead of ditching it somewhere between NYC and Altoona, PA? Plus that he carried a written "manifesto" on him? I'm not buying it. Looks like a fall guy to me. I believe they found someone who looks similar and grabbed him in case they don't get the Adjuster. @@1PositiveDeviant There are at least a couple of videos out there purporting to be from Luigi Mangione. Some were definitely created after the fact by imposters. One or two may be legitimate.
One titled 'The Truth' has a 60-second countdown timer with the text "If you see this, I'm already under arrest." After the timer finishes, it says "Soon... Dec 11th" and then finishes with "All is scheduled, be patient. Bye for now."
Another titled 'Deny Defend Depose, My Story' has a couple of paragraphs of text apparently explaining his actions, but it's not that interesting or revelatory.

“Officer am I being detained” forces them to fish or cut bait. Say it repeatedly. do not wait for them to call a “drug dog” there is a reasonableness standard for how long a traffic stop should take. If they wrap it up but want you to wait, ask if you are being detained and why and say, “Officer, I do not consent to any searches of my vehicle or my person and have nothing to say without an attorney present” Then shut the F up…. Don’t let them bait you into talking unless it is to repeat the phrase Officer am I being detained or am I free to go? You do not have to answer any of their questions..”did you see how fast you were going back there?” Etc. DO NOT take a field sobriety test, they are designed to fail. If they get a drug dog on site, see if you can film them especially their hands to see if they are cuing the dog to sit…of course have the audio up. Check out defense attorney Andrew Flusche’s videos on this topic…he’s very good and funny. This is not legal advice just good advice… and for the love of Dog, keep your mouth shut, be polite and cooperate. The cops are not your friend and the only reason they try to engage you in conversation is !. To build a case and 2. To make you walk into a trap. Don’t be a sucker.

Prosecution won't be able to find any jurors because we all would have a bias in favor of him, so a jury trial will be impossible. It would have to be a bench trial. So far, the only direct evidence they have on him that I'm aware of is a grainy image and a manifesto (which isn't evidence that he actually did a crime). Eye witness testimony (especially the ones where they recognize someone outside the context of the crime itself) is famous for being thrown out as unreliable.

That *may* be enough to start showing that their actions have consequences up in those ivory towers. Or, you know: Have *entire* states refuse to pay their taxes, debts and similar.

Congress has the sole authority to pass laws that establish new government agencies or departments, and to give those Departments funding. Why are people just accepting this as fact when it has not gone through the proper channels? This seems like anticipatory obedience to me.

  • @Sw4mpette

This case has one too many gaps in it for Luigi to be a suspect.
The first ever photo of the murderer taken has a limited view on what the murderer even looks like by his face. The hostal photo looks like a completely different guy.
They are trying to connect those photos, then pin point it on someone. The elder at McDonald's jokes around and says someone in the McDonald's looks like the dude in the photos. I'd assume the first murderer photo, since Luigi was wearing a mask in the McDonalds.
They are loosely pinpointing stuff here and instead of taking things with a grain of salt they straight up bring him in right then and there. This is a TERRIBLE job theyre doing. Bias and assumptions overshadow concrete proof. In my opinion I'd rule that this is insufficient evidence. It's too little to go off of.
And it sounds like a bunch of BS to me. They FOUND HIM IN A MCDONALD'S AND HE SO HAPPENED TO HAVE A SILENCED GUN, MANIFESTO, AND FAKE IDS.
And what about the DNA results? Are they going to come up with something about it?
