Happened to me. Circa 1993. Parents in Vegas, brother at a sleepover with friends from his middle school. It was near midnight, I’m playing SNES version of Street Fighter II, I beat the end boss and while I’m watching my character’s ending, I feel someone touching the back of my neck and shoulder, but just briefly. It was almost as if I’d been congratulated. I was completely alone. The house we lived in at the time had motion detectors and a fancy alarm. I had food and snacks for the entire long weekend and I didn’t so much as leave the house all weekend. I wonder if it was caused by sleep deprivation but like I said before it was a quarter to midnight at the latest.
you have no reason to believe this, but my mom lived in an apartment with my dad while she was pregnant, the landlord told her "if you notice anything odd going on, its the twins. They died in front of the house back in the 1800s when the apartment building was a banker's manor, the kids were in a carriage when the horses spooked and the carriage flipped, killing them on impact." One day mom being in early pregnancy with me, knowing she was pregnant, the little boy (aged 5-6ish) was at her door asking "Can i play with your son?"
She thought "I don't have a son.. whats going on?"
She replied to the ghost "no, he's not here right now, he'll be here shortly."
The ghost said "Okay, i will wait for him so we can play."
My dad and mom couldn’t get a hold of my grandfather. On Father’s Day. My dad went to go see his dad. I wanted to come but my dad would t let me incase it was something bad. He had died in the bathroom.
Now Father’s Day is the saddest day for my dad
The amount of coughing and retching pneumonia gives you is by far just as scary as any story here

I have had severe arthritis in my ribcage since my early 20s and the amount of coughs, wretches and sneezes that have brought me to tears are numerous
This happened back when I was still in high school like 1992-1993ish. My parents left town for the weekend so it was just 16 year old me and my 18 year old sister at the house. I was playing video games in my room around 1:00 am when I heard my sister leave her room and go to the kitchen. After getting some water she started to go back up to her room then happened to look at our front door.
I hear this scream just before I hear her run up the stairs. She bursts into my room and starts crying in fear. Our front door had three windows on it. She saw a creepy looking bearded man looking in through one of the windows. When she screamed the guy ducked down and probably ran off.
I grabbed my shotgun, turned off all the lights and made sure every window and door was locked. I then slowly went around looking through windows to see if anyone was outside. Not sure why we didn't think to call the cops. My sister was pretty freaked out so I slept in her room in a chair with the shotgun on my lap.
I'm pretty sure it was some tweaker scouting out houses to rob to support his drug habit. At that time our town was full of them and stuff around the neighborhood had gone missing a few times.

Idk about the other stories but the second has been retold too many times last time it was a female nurse almost bumping into an old lady
