I have had mine about 10 months now I don’t overclock anything I run on either max or very close to with a lot of the screen effects like lens flair and such like that off my preference but this card has been awesome I have. A high airflow case with lots of room even with that big thing in it still great and I got the lighting dialed in to the rest of my set up so I am very happy.
i got the 3080 trinity model and i love it! i have not had any issues whatsoever with it after 7 months and thermals are fine but i also have the 4000D airflow case which helps alot with thermals!

So far love this card. Really happy with the purchase and haven't noticed any noise yet to the point I'd be annoyed. Was worried about reviews like this but it's all 👍😊
I actually like Zotac as well. Every brand has good and bad quality cards and it happens on a single card basis in most cases. Zotac has been around for a long time and the reason they are still in business is they also make decent products.

I had a 560 and a 660ti that are still chugging along even though . the people who got them were damn glad to get them. I have moved on many times and became a big EVGA fan at this point.

I had a Zotac 1050 and 1650 super both were great cards. There more bare bones then other cards but they've always been solid
The zotac actually works incredibly well if you put some fan curves on it. It functions just fine for me and im actually looking into a 3080 someday
IDK about modern cards, but my Zotac 980 Ti Amp Extreme was a monster of a card in its time. Never had any complaints outside of the size and weight of it. lol
i have the exact gpu , its performance is really good and smooth , yeah the fans can be a bit loud but you can adjust all of that including the gpu temperature through fans cruve , tested it and my gpu never went above 70c under heavy load , just small tweaks on the fans and you all set , other than that the graphic card is really amazing
I’m soon going to get this card. Upgrading it from a RTX 2080 super. I always liked the zotac gpu design.
most important question is , can you deshroud it without tear up the pcb in order to avoid warranty void ?

I own the Zotac RTX3070 AMP Holoblack.
The fan started to make a rattling sound wich was really annoying.
I took the fan out of the shroud and took it apart to clean it with a cotton but and put some oil in it.
The card works great without any issues and rattling sounds.
These cards need some maintenance after a few years.
And the Firestorm software that comes with the cards works great for rgb and tuning if you want, but myself I prefer msi aftrburner with an undervolt.
funny that after a few months thta card is down to 699, now is a good time to buy a this gpu, its on sale on amazon for 699 like i mention before, and so far its been doing ok, i get the same or even better performance then my alienware 3070 ti, the dell brand it gpu only has two fans, this one has 3 fans and the temps are better, and the alienware was almost doble the price back in 2020, but thats a different problem, that was the peak of the prices for gpus, im so happy that the gpus are in a better price for us gamers
I have been running a Zotac 1070ti 3 years+ never even changed thermal paste or whatever, no problem at all running VR with her friend 5600x, soon when prices drop i am gonna go 3070ti, now what brand still don´t know...
Hello gentleman. Do you think there is a major difference between Zotac trinity and amp holo edition in terms of hashrate or cooling performance? I'm on budget and I want to know if there's not much of a difference then I choose the trinity one. I could buy the trinity for about $830 (after tax) but AmpHolo for about $910. Did you see any difference between their heatsinks? It seems their both are the same.
Unless you are getting the extreme version which I believe has slightly higher performance in terms of gaming. They should be similar. I can't speak for mining cuz I don't owe the trinity model. I would suggest maybe get the cheaper one and swapping the thermal pad if you need to.

I bought a Zotac 3080TI during the shortage! It stays below 70 degrees when gaming and actually has a metal backplate... something that many more expensive GPUS do not have! Its been great for the past year and a bit now and realize that people just simp on certain companies!
Its for $900 canadian dollars.. or 700 usd on Amazon.. is that good price.. how can i undervolt it to reduce fan noise
have the RTX 3070 holo amp. love it. rgb is brilliant. dont have no noise from fans, very quiet. even if set up for 100% fans working. 🎉

Got a trinity 3090 for $400. EKWB block and backplate for $50. $450 for a zotac 3090 on water was a deal I couldn’t pass up! I undervolted and only pull 280w. It’s killer.
Pros:
-relatively small; it fits in a meshlicious with a 240mm AIO cpu cooler
-Way easier to find for lower cost due to less desirability (because brand elitists, lol)
-only requires 2x 8pin pcie (saves cable space)
-It’s a damn 3090!!
-undervolted, this card stays much cooler.
Cons:
-Low desirability due to memory components (I disagree however. I OC’d before and got some great performance)
-Fans are loud AF, and need to be replaced after 1 year (it’s better on water anyways)
-firestorm software is not good

If you want the MSI with the same Frequency you have to pay over $300 more than the MSI and the thermal problems is easily solved & sorry you will have this Problem with every 3070 ti, 3080 or 3080 ti especially if you run core intensive design, Special Effects or Core intensive Mining Programs like Ravencoin. All cards will overheat in those situations. The rest comes back to personal taste abd preference, either you like MSI graphic cards in general better or Zotac. And if you want to complain over the Zotac then you should test the MSI gaming x trio rtx 3070 ti, which needs major repair of a designflaw in how their coooler interacts and transfers the heat contained in the heatpipes into cooler temps. The now third version from Zotac the Amp Extreme Holo has a thick copper plate underneath the metal backplate, just how the design of the EVGA cards is.

Don't know about the newer cards but I am still very happy with my AMP Extreme 1070.
They are good cards, just ruined by their price tags and warranty process.

I bought the same card the day after the 3070 Ti was released back in 2021 for less than $900. It has not given me any issues and it plays my games at almost max settings at 1440P with 100+ FPS in most cases. If you can get it for around $900, I think it's decent buy in today's market, but definitely not at the prices you listed in your video. It seems like Zotac has pretty much stopped this production in favor of the Extreme version which is $1100 on Zotac's website. Looks are completely subjective, and while I like how the AMP Holo cards look, I think the buyers are really just paying a premium for the aesthetics. In other videos I've watched it seems that the Extreme versions perform pretty well, but the non-Extreme ones are more middle to bottom of the pack with the Trinity cards being the lowest performing

The card ain't that bad man I had a heating issue 2 months after I bought the card(because it was used) but turns out that it was a dust and thermal paste issue now the card is actually pretty good I don't have the amp holo but I have the Zotac trinity OC 3070ti
That problem is easily solved with -14 watt Gelid thermal pads and their Gelid extreme thermal paste
Replacing the thermal pad is a good way to solve heat dispersion, unfortunately not all pc users know how to do it or willing to do it for different reasons regarding warranties and etc.
Zotac fucking sucks
Or zotac just need to desing the thermal solutions better, I don't want to buy a 3080 just to change myself the thermal pads because zotac's incompetence

just deshroud it and change 2 pieces of 120mm fans

3060s using GDDR6 vs GDDR6X on 3070ti above has much less heat generation problem. I like 3060s as well!
I have zotac 1060 hehe since from 2016 its still okay until this day, i didnt change thermals for 6 yrs tho. 😂😂😂 still kicking and getting used. Now i have 3080.
I got my Zotac RTX 3070 ti amp holo for $800 CAD... which is like... $620 USD... and our cheapest 3080's are running over $1100

I got mine on amazon on one of the flash for 900 plus tax. Msrp is like 600 so I think I got a real good deal. I had it in my hand in 2 days . I use a open cube case so everything has good air flow and runs cool. By the way I do use it for VR gaming.
I have this card and the boost clocks are insane. Easily overclocked to 2100 mhz. It stays cool but the fans are loud which can be annoying but controllable.

The problem with the card lies in power limiter, thats it. Cant get around that very easily, or safely.
I purchased a Zotac 1660 super with no backplate and it the best of 7 I have. 34.4 MHs and it never crashes. Don’t buy those horrible Zotac graphics cards… because I want em!

I had a Zotac 3080, as well as the 3090, they were good but the cooling on them was garbage.
You can try the extreme version of their card. I had one 3070ti extreme holo version as well. The temps are great. But the price, you know...
People like to shit on zotac but that cooler is more than adequate for a 70 series class card lol

They actually have a very similar size in term of cooler, I think MSI use better thermal pads.
