Not How I interpret the songs meaning, but Your interpretation is neat. I like when people express art inspired by music. How I interpret this song and would express it in drawn form would be a person respectfully getting out of a manipulative situation through stoic non confrontational yet assertive means. In essence I think this song is about a learning experience a maturity on how to deal with disasters by phrasing the disaster as natural (or uncontrollable).
This song and animation are completely stuck in my head. I saw a fork in the counter and went "what a natural disaster" and my mom went "it's just one fork, calm down"
Gosh every time I’m blown away by the obscure yet really freaking amazing music you pick, and then you just draw out this visual story and it’s so pretty and I can’t help but geek out a little here thank you so much for doing what you do!
This is amazing (I like the Saturn reference - they also kinda look like clay figures/statues so hmm intriguing)! You are always so splendid at using colour effectively and picking palettes (haha palate) that are pleasant. I've always adored how you draw creatures, so solid and tangible. I love the way you shade and the atmosphere you convey. Plus the clear emotions, you're great at expressions. Your art is intriguing and this is no exception, it just, pulls one into it, so it makes me want to know more. Very compelling? The positioning of the lyrics is creative and I like it. I love the dynamic scenes, never a dull moment. You tell a story in a few frames. Quite lovely, this is a lovely video. I like the symbolism (and it's kinda literal i think?) and it's just pretty refreshing to see this. But anyway, the colors you mix with combined with the solid, beautiful shapes you create and fluid, alive scenes (staging?), paint such a wonderful, emotion giving picture and I'm glad to see it. Basically your art is wonderful as always. I like this a lot, thank you for making it. The imagery of this guy getting eaten and stabbed with forks is really interesting (My word your Ideas are so INTERESTING, Idk, but you present them in such a captivating way). I've recently been struggling with ptsd and have felt a set back in progress of sorts- it's quite defeating. I'm going to be an adult soon and I hope for better things and I dont feel ready to give up but it's still really hard. That's how this video made me feel. You captured your emotions and what you meant to convey, what you felt while making it, so damn well. I have been watching you for years and i want to thank you. I'm nonbinary and go by they/them, and having someone I looked up to with the same pronouns as me made me feel less alone in times where I worried I would have no one. What I'm trying to say is your content affects more people than you know, and you should be proud of your out reach and the content you've made and the people you've impacted. Much love
