When you click on the link in your description and scroll down to the bottom it tells you how to unlock the speed. It says Set your desired speed limit value. What can you set it to? What is the max speed using throttle only and can you gohst ride up to 28mph?

Hi it does about 22 max on these they aren't as fast as like the engine pro models cheers mark
What speed does this bike go when derestricted when using throttle. I got one but can’t alter speed on display ?

Go on (buy best gear) search for the bike then read the bikes description, at the bottom it will tell you how to unlock it.
My battery doesn’t seem to go right down to the connector?
There must be something stopping it going right down
Try the engwe Facebook groups they are very helpful

Do anyone know why , took battery out to charge and now it wont turn on !!
Was there an isolator switch you forvot to switch back, or has something damaged a connection
