I’ve watched so many reviews of this bike and was going to order one until I read the Trust Pilot reviews of Engwe e-bikes. They are pretty alarming and if you buy one their after sales support seems to be very poor, plus there is nowhere to take it for repair. Many ebike shops won’t touch them, I’ve phoned several. This is a great pity as the bike on face value would be perfect for me. I wondered if you knew more as to repairs etc.

If you are thinking of buying this bike because it will do 68 miles to a battery charge. No, it won't you will be lucky to get 40 miles out of it. I know I have tried.

I have a question have you changed the back tire yet on yours I have side wall damage on the back tire and would like to change it but the motor Is different compared to other

You could be 8 foot tall with an inside leg of 28 inches lol,, height by itself doesn't affect pedaling room, a common mistake. I'm the same height as you but have very short inside leg of just 26 inches so it would be harder for me to balance on the same sseat height you do. Good vids I'm a new subscriber

Very bad quality I have Oneplus 8 pro it’s from 2020 has much bett Processor is very fast Camera quality the best ever and display is big as Ulefone Note 17 pro and even thinner. Don’t buy Ulefone Note 17 pro

is the company legit, im tempted, for my 1st e-bike

Not bad, but my Fiido C11 City bike at nearly half the price of this is even more appreciated by me now, my bikes build quality although with the welds showing is better looking to me, the battery fitting more ergonmic, led display brighter and better to read. Handlebars and seat look great, and despite only having a 500w motor rear wheel its brushless and very capable, the built in rear rack has a better frame to it for my panniers and the lights I'd say were better with a larger rear light, mine also has a horn as well as a bell and l find the wheels and tyres exactly right for the streets and it has front suspension, frankly l cant understand the bike you're reviewing being so much more expensive than mine, I'm not seeing where the moneys gone. 😮 But l like your videos, relaxed and informative I'm a new subscriber.

Mine wasnt on turbo or turbo plus, can it ne adjusted to those? I would be grateful for advice

И ещё нет ключа зажигания, то есть подходи зажимай кнопку и уезжай . В остальном всё хорошо, замечаний нет я пока очень доволен, надеюсь что не разочаруюсь.Вам респект за видео и удачи. When you click on the link in your description and scroll down to the bottom it tells you how to unlock the speed. It says Set your desired speed limit value. What can you set it to? What is the max speed using throttle only and can you gohst ride up to 28mph?

Very tempted between this and meelod 300max... although that doesn't currently ship to UK.....I see you are from my part of the world in Poole..... only thing I'm a bit concerned about is the attention these bikes may attract from the authorities....what's your experience on that front?

What speed does this bike go when derestricted when using throttle. I got one but can’t alter speed on display ?

you state it goes 35mph with both motors on, i looked at another review on the q20 48v 20ah 1000w, and they say it will go 33mph with the single motor on the rear, the price difference is 400 pound, the only real difference between the q20 and q20 pro is the extra battery and motor, but is it needed

can the motors be used seperately to go a further distance, did look at another review stating if the front motor is on on its own, the lights and horn won't work

When you don't have the ignition on does it pull the breaks or just turns the batterys of?

I'm not sure how you can say this is excellent when you cant select up / down on the power assist. Thats a terrible design miss. You can't buy this bike for this reason. You need to be able to go up down on the assist not be forced to go through all of them.

nice !! I would love Engwe to do a 52v version of this, with hydraulic brakes, indicators. We are about to take delivery of the engine pro 2.0 but these step throughs are very cool.

Hi mark, i also bought this m20 in black color 5 months back, this ebike is powerful but there are 2 big flaws in it "Rear shock absorber" which is soo stiff and the mechanical disc brakes which i think it's not good according to the power of this ebike.
