I’ve watched so many reviews of this bike and was going to order one until I read the Trust Pilot reviews of Engwe e-bikes. They are pretty alarming and if you buy one their after sales support seems to be very poor, plus there is nowhere to take it for repair. Many ebike shops won’t touch them, I’ve phoned several. This is a great pity as the bike on face value would be perfect for me. I wondered if you knew more as to repairs etc.

Hi Maureen...I have a couple of Engwe bikes both have been perfect in the 2 years I've owned them if that helps
