Noticed that too. Pretty rude, even if Paul isn't as articulate and Albarn doesn't realise he's doing it.
Call me old fashioned but Paul is his senior, and music royalty , so should be afforded more courtesy.

Albarn gets cooler as he gets older, all successful bands should play struggling pubs to give them a cash injection , every time they play an arena, they should as a freebie play a local pub that’s in need of help . If all bands inherited that idea the pub industry would be back on its feet in no time.

Arenas for anything other than sport should be banned.

Fantastic they're playing in the working men's clubs. I used to edit Club Mirror magazine and I remember visiting the Cullercoats Crescent Club, I wrote a profile of the place. Great to hear the club hosted Damon Albarn, Paul Simonon and the band The Good, The Bad & The Queen. If I remember correctly, there is Cullercoats Bay just across the road from the club and I swear there was some kind of jazz thing going on there too. Excellent that Damon and the guys went there, although whether he went for a swim, I don't know; it's the North East and it's often very, very cold (especially in the sea).

And you're right, Daz Dee, all successful bands should play the working men's clubs as they're crying out for the trade AND they're fantastic venues. Whilst editor of Club Mirror I visited working men's clubs around the UK and they're all amazing places with some great entertainment facilities, run by dedicated people; it's a fantastic world, the world of working men's clubs. I'd love to see a band tour the UK and only visit the working men's clubs. That would be something and as there's loads of them dotted around the country it would be an amazing tour, think of the tee-shirt with the dates on the back. Cool or what?

Hi, I’ve just watched your vids, nice to see someone playing this stuff and showing it. Keep it up. I’m 54 from Liverpool and I watched the Clash play any opportunity I could as a 14 year old and older, I just clicked with them after first hearing them cover Police and Thieves. Also my last show watching Joe was with the Mescalero’s at Liverpool which was his last ever show not Acton Town hall as everybody keeps saying. I’ve watched Paul and Mick play many times just a shame we don’t see Topper about, he is one of the best ever drummers to listen too.
Anyway keep up the good work. All the best.
      STAY FREE

@@hawkeyefire6208 I've been listening to the Clash since I was 12 and picked up bass when I was 13 cause of Paul. I'm 15 now but woooow I love The Clash so much. Obviously, I've never seen the clash or Joe cause I was born in 2003 but I really hope that B.A.D or TGTBTG will tour near my area so one day I can see them. Have a nice day !!
