  • In this video we are going to show you how to assemble the Outdoor Central 3-in-1 Charcoal Smoker. It is recommended to have a Philips Head screwdriver and pliers to assemble this smoker easily.
All parts for the smoker are included in the box including all nuts and bolts to fix the doors, handles and brackets to the smoker.
Firstly, we are going to fix the legs to the base of the unit using the short, fat bolts and corresponding nut. There are 3 legs to fix to the base of the unit. Simply feed the bolt from the outside of the unit, through the leg and secure with the nut. Use the screwdriver and pliers to ensure the leg is secured tightly.
Once the legs have been secured, turn the base to stand on the legs. To secure the grill and water pan brackets we use the longer bolts with the corresponding nut. We fix this with the shorter end facing the ground so it looks like the letter ‘J’. Again, feed the bolt from the outside of the unit, through the bracket and secure with the nut. There are 3 brackets to secure on the base of the unit.
To secure the door, we use the little bolts and corresponding nut. There are 4 bolts used to secure the door to the base of the unit. Feed each bolt from the outside of the unit, through the door hinge and secure with the nut on the inside of the unit. Turn the handle of the door to lock it.
Next we attach the remaining grill and water pan brackets to the second tier of the smoker. We use the longer bolts with the corresponding nut and secure the brackets on the unit with them facing down to look like the letter ‘J’ again.
The handles for the second tier are next to go on. We use the short, fat bolts to come from in the inside of the unit and screw them into the threads of the handles to secure them. Once the handles are on we can secure the second door on to the second tier the same way we did the first door.
Moving to the lid we need to secure the handle, air vent and thermometer. For the handle we use the short, fat screws and screw them into the threads of the handles from the inside of the unit, just like the previous handles.
For the air vent, we use the last grill screw and bolt. Feed the bolt through the air vent from the outside of the unit and secure on the inside with the nut.
The thermometer sits easily in place and you secure this with the round ring by pushing it firmly in to place around the thermometer inside the unit.
Now to stack it all together. Put the charcoal pan in first, resting it on the brackets of the legs and we rest the charcoal grate on the inside of the charcoal pan. Next up we put the water pan on the brackets, followed by the first of our cooking grills. Secure the second tier of the smoker by lining up the grooves on the lip of each tier and sliding the second tier anti-clockwise. Place the second cooking grill on the brackets of the second tier and then top it all off with the lid.
There you have it, the Outdoor Central 3-in-1 Charcoal Smoker is all set up and ready to go. Make sure you read the Operation Manual before the first use of the unit for essential safety and operation information.

The handles don't seem flush with the grill. Is this normal. All three are same shape. Top handle tho sits odd. Like the top isn't curved enough.
