I saw your channel since I’m a craft lover, and I started watching the videos.(I finish them all in like four hours: P) I can’t wait for you to keep posting more and I love seeing your skills progress as I’m progressing my own it makes my day every single time a new one comes out, and I literally jumped for joy when I woke up this morning. My parents are haters so I don’t know how to tell them and it’s really at least struggling me mentally one of the things that make me happy is watching your videos every day! One day I had an existential crisis, realised life is too short for faffing about and I'm a grown man so I can do whatever the hell I want! So I just started making a suit. I didn't "Come out" as a furry or anything, I just one day bought the materials and just started making it. Nobody really asked about it and if they did, I just showed them nonchalantly like it wasn't a big deal. In the end, literally nobody cared about it so nothing happened lol. I'm not even sure most people know what a furry is at all, and making animal related crafts is not really that strange if you think about it, so nobody connects it with "furry" or anything weird. I'm just saying its probably not as big of a deal as you think it is.
Oh thats good then. I have a large criminal record for one of the worst crimes out there... SPEAKING DURING THE MOVIE AT THE CINEMA. So I'm glad you don't care about that, just don't tell on me, okay? I won't be safe in prison.
I'm currently ill, but this has made my day better! It's also pretty cool to see someone make a dinosaur fursuit this way, normally people go the dino mask route (no hate to that method), so seeing one made out of foam is pretty neat! Don't worry, RUclips channels never get any views to start with, you have to stick with it for a long time before you get any good at it. I have been making RUclips videos since I was 11 years old in 2016 on so many different channels and only now have I gotten any sort of success with this channel. Also this channel had like 1 subscriber for about 2 months when it started before it got any views lol. Good luck!

That’s so cool! i barely see dinosaur fursuits. It’s so unique. I have been trying to make a fur suit myself the past month. Hopefully my creations will look better one day.
They will, all it takes is dedication, patience, and determination! A good way I've found to improve at literally anything is to either improve at least 1 thing every attempt or try 1 new thing every attempt. So look at your last suit, artwork, etc. and see what you think isn't very good and you want to do better, then make an effort to specifically do better at that part next time. For example, if you think the eyes arent very good, try to come up with a new method, do some reaserch or put more effort into the eyes next time. This helps with making sure you're not just doing the same thing over and over and making very little progress. If you consciously improve at one thing each time, you're guaranteed to make at least SOME progress. Good luck!

You def improved over the last one and your getting pretyy good, pretty quick too. Good luck with the body suit! I think with the eyes it might help to watch something about how real eyes work more anatomically. In my experience it can help understanding how to place those kinds of details better. The eyes/nose bridge/cheek location is a complicated area to get right and have it look concise because it has a lot of change angles that can be hard to both understand accurately and replicate it. It also can't hurt to look at the muscular structure of the animal you are wanting to create (however with dinosaurs it might be harder as there isnt any lol). Since ultimately the foam is the underform or muscle of the fursuit head. Of course some areas need more bulking bc the variation of fur lengths isnt quite as dynamic as real animals, and stylization. Anyway i hope that helps you out in your ventures, or at the least food for thought.
Oh and I forgot, if you brush and shave the fur again the natural piles direction it should help with the trackmarks, but you will almost always have to do some clean up after shaving fur!

It always feels so weird seeing hot glue guns that aren't the old Bostik ones. The light/ muted navy blue with the orange trigger, metal tip, and little wire stand under the barrel. Never known anything else, and I'm pretty sure this hot glue gun is older than me lol

Plus, seeing something better than what I can do fuels my desire to be even better than them! I need the motivation! The hunger for victory! The determination to overcome every challenge along the way!

ooh! one of my freinds "borrowed" one of my glue guns four months ago and apparently, left it plugged in and turned on the entire time. Its... a bit gunged up now.
I tried making a head before. Its still not done, I wont be finishing it but you think you were bad with 1"? Try 2" upholstery DENSE foam! I didnt realise there were different types, the foam cost me like 90 quid, took hours to carve, and it weighs so much, its so heavy :\ Lesson Learned XD

Why not? Other people are better, so I should be comparing myself to someone ahead of me to see how far I can go and what I can learn from them. My past self is worse than I am now, so why would I compare myself to someone worse than me? There's nothing to learn.
Plus, seeing something better than what I can do fuels my desire to be even better than them! I need the motivation! The hunger for victory! The determination to overcome every challenge along the way!
@@Dusk-flame if you think about how “others are better” or stuff like that you wont find the hobby fun because you will be comparing yourself to everyone else. Though competing like this is technically not comparison, just setting a goal, just don’t compare.

If there was nothing to strive for, it would just be boring. I apply this to most things in my life, no lackadaisical attempts for me!

I tried making a head before. Its still not done, I wont be finishing it but you think you were bad with 1"? Try 2" upholstery DENSE foam! I didnt realise there were different types, the foam cost me like 90 quid, took hours to carve, and it weighs so much, its so heavy :\ Lesson Learned XD
