Hi! Thank you for sharing your experience. Awesome you are feeling better overall.
I ask where does one buy seamless? I had covid this past May. No symptoms etc. wasn’t till about 3 weeks ago, I feel sometimes like I feel the virus every place in my body. Had recently saw a video from TLC talking about sea moss from years ago. I would like to try it very careful about who and where to buy it from. Congrats for feeling better. This virus is not going to take us down.
Unfortunately, the second wave is coming. 2nd round of survival. Mind, body, and spirit. Much love

I am co-signing your post. I, too, experienced COVID, and the mucus was so thick and was nearly impossible to bring up. Nonetheless, Sea moss helped bring up the mucus. Because of this, I take this religiously. Lastly, the energy boost is very noticeable. This product has been a win-win for me.

I started Sea Moss gel January of 2020 and gave it to my Mom in March of 2020 who had COPD and Stage 1 Lung Cancer. The doctor that visited my Mom for her home visits asked me what I was giving her outside of her regular medications, because she could tell the difference in her health. I told her the Sea Moss Gel and she told me to continue to give it to her. She also stated that it was keeping the fluid out of her lungs that normally happened to her every quarter. It helped my Mom with her smoking cessation as well.
I love it for myself. It helps with the inflammation in my body. I have energy through the day, as well as clarity in my mind. I sleep better and notice a difference in my digestive system as well.

Yea bro, sea moss is the truth! My uncle put me on to it and sent me a couple jars of gel. I started taking 1 tablespoon a day every morning and I started feeling the difference in my body within 5 days. It has a very slight/light sea smell (it is from the sea🤷🏾‍♂️) but it’s pretty much tasteless. I used to drop 2 tablespoons in a small cup of grapefruit juice in the morning but now I fill a shot glass with 2 tablespoons and throw it down the hatch. I also add cinnamon to my gel and sometimes some ginger root. I felt more energetic as soon as I woke up. I was ready to rev up and hit it! When it’s time for my workout it’s not just a regular workout anymore, my workouts be on another level 😂. My wife just smiles and say, “Oh you showing out!” I can’t even argue because, I do be showing out doing extra moves while exercising because, I feel so lively and full of energy. It’s not like a caffeine jittery energy, but a natural, uplifting energy feeling. You just feel more mentally motivated. It also helped my gut. I used to have digestive issues but not anymore!! It reduces the amount of mucus on the inside also. Just start paying attention to your body and you’ll recognize the benefits of sea moss and how much better you’ll start to feel. I wake up between 5-6am everyday and I be on Go until bedtime. I don’t start feeling sluggish or tired midday, my focus seems clearer, etc. Even with all that being said, brothers and sisters I encourage you to make a conscious effort to maintain a healthier diet and lifestyle. God bless!

Sea moss, and elderberry, and then.... "elderberry seamoss"? What is that? Sounds like you could make it easier on yourself and leave it out, you're already getting both ingredients. Dosing is so important! Too much, for too long is as bad or worse than not enough.
      Balance is key.
And don't forget to cycle off of the some ingredients. For example, taking elderberry ALL the time makes it less effective than taking it for shorter periods, when you feel you're particularly susceptible to getting sick (for example, if you live in a northern climate that experiences winter, right when the season shifts and it starts to get cold is a great time to take it. Then lay off once you've adjusted to the colder temps. Take it again if you're feeling run down or have lost out on sleep.

    • @gellotion
      @gellotion 3 года назад +4

I take black seed oil as well (again, taking it for a while, then resting from it, then going back to it) but wouldn't put it in a smoothie because the dosing is only a teaspoon and who knows how much is left in those drops I'm the blender or the glass?

I don't recommend boiling your sea moss. I have found that its best to wash, drain and then soak over night in bottle water. Rinse in the morning and cut in pieces so that it doesn't put too much strain on your blender and then blend. Some people use the water from the over night soak to blend the sea moss with. I don't think that you should apply heat to the sea moss.

The gas from whey shakes is usually from the artificial sweeteners ("sugar alcohols", malitol, etc"), or the form! I forgot to mention above, it's particularly whey ISOLATE that's easily digested. Whey Concentrate however is known to cause gas and bloating.
But he had been taking whey smoothies and then just added one new ingredient, the sea moss gel, so not likely the whey product was the cause in this case.

My sea moss experience is good, I was over weight and was malnourished due to my work, as I see lunch time as a waste of time, I got COVID back in March and for some reason I had various allergies afterwards, random allergies I never had before, I started taking multivitamins and Sea moss supplements, on the first few weeks I got gassy due to the Sea moss and I thought that was just my body getting rid of the bad stuff, now I started loosing weight (not exercising at all) and I feel more energetic (mentally) so much so I am having issues sleeping, I have stopped taking sea moss for a week and I did catch up on some sleep but in my case and for my body I believe sea moss should be taken in regular intervals, great vid keep it up!

I used the powder form. I had one Tablespoon and a teaspoon of Turmeric in a cup of Yogurt. 36 hours later It started cleaning me out(Thoroughly), Day 2, it continued gently cleansing me. I feel great! I wouldn't take it daily. But I will continue taking it every 3rd day. I'm hoping to feel the clarity soon.

I bough the purple one and soak mines, blend it with 5% water and mix it with my smoothie. Four big table spoons in the morning in my smoothie. I have been doing that for 3 months now, eveyday. I have noticed that my cognitive functions have increased, especially when I am studying. I have not caught a cold and usually I would especially when my little kids have colds. I have noticed an increase in my physical strength and loads of energy.. This is a super food and will become a lot more expensive when the vegans discover more about it..

I ended up here because, on a whim I bought a jar a sea moss gel. I’ve considered it for the longest.
I’m so glad I did bc I noticed after only 2 days of taking it that my excess mucus is going away.
I noticed that I was always blowing my nose off coughing up mucus even though I’m not sick. So I was just sitting here thinking 🤔 ‘wow, my breathing is really clear’
Sure enough It’s the sea moss. Oh and the gas I also figured this was the sea moss working out my belly issues!
    Let’s go good health!

I prepare my own sea moss. My best experience is to soak your sea moss for 24 hours. Then clean it from debris and salt. Boil some water then drop your sea moss in the boiling water. Cut the burner off, and let the heat continue to soften the sea moss. When it cools down completely. It ready to use. Put in a quart size Chinese soup container, ( I like them because of the tiny hole on top this allows the sea moss to breathe in the fridge.) Now you have ready sea moss when you need it 😋

I purchase raw sea moss and make my own gel. I add a little lemon or lime juice which illuminates what little sea odor there may be. I never boil my raw sea moss, but rather wash good and soak overnight. There is no taste so I add it to teas as well as smoothies and whatever else it blends well in, such as applesauce for example. I’ve also added the gel to food while cooking. I found that it is great when I use it on my face as a mask. It can also be mixed with lotions and my favorite, Shea butter.

Thanks for your honest video! I’ve been taking gel seamoss fur 4 weeks now and the boost in energy I can confirm. It’s also helped my skin become softer through taking it. I’ve also used this a a face mask fir five nights straight and it helped close my pores, although I don’t have bad skin but it’s helped rejuvenate my facial skin. I’ve stuck to two table spoons per day - making a hot water tea with just the seamoss in the AM and feel this has been beneficial. I don’t want to over do it as I know iodine can affect the thyroid if taken in excess so careful to keep within the recommended dose. Will watch your how to make seamoss gel as I’ve got to the point where I realise it’s pretty pricey buying the gel 500ml just to replace it in 10 days if I can make it then why not!! Thanks again for your content.
