This is what it looked like when 5 year old me brought my big a$$ playhouse inside. Y'know the plastic ones that kind of go together like a puzzle? 😂😂😂😂
You must be so incredibly proud of yourself! I'm proud of you and I don't even know you personally. Lol. The last few years have turned your world around. School, college, your fish. Man, life is good
That looks like something straight out of an aquarium! Like the clear glass containers they keep sting rays in or something for you to pet! I wonder what your gonna put in that 🤔
Just a little tip for anyone needing to take a door off the hinges, don’t actually unscrew the hinge just tap out the pin that holds the two hinge plates together, it’s a lot quicker and easier.
Eventually, Luke should just flood his basement and just go scuba diving with his goldfish army. Like that guy that has an eel pit with gars and sturgeons.
Your wife must REALLY love you! I would NEVER let my hubby put that in my house! I can see WAY too many accidents... a plays in it... a buddy has 1 too many and trips into it, breaking the edge... NO WAY!!! Garage, yes. Basement, hard no.
I had the same exact rubbermaid. Had to take mine down due to contamenated well. Couldnt afford water changes for that large of tank anymore. I had to switch to RO that i treat to bring PH. Kh, GH, where i need.
I would recommend putting in gravel to make it look more beautiful and also put in any goldfish that have long fins and tails such as Comets or Shubunkins (or any goldfish breed you own have the trait) as they look amazing from the top. Makes you think they are flying through the water
Once those top sitting plants really get established they'll filter the water like crazy. All the ammonia and nitrates will be plant food, especially so because the plants can access the atmospheric carbon not just whats in the water.
this needs more likes. but Luke I hope you learned your lesson next time do some measuring First 😂 or get a friend to help you when carrying it it's not heavy but Big so with 2 people it's easier to meanvure without damafi the Walls. now I'd like to say Pivot!!
Oh, and I recommend putting your pond and other floor tanks on some sort of insulation. Even a towel barrier or something. This will drastically reduce your heat loss through the concrete floor contact. Multiplied by all the tanks you have, it would save on your power bill quite a bit, I imagine. I recommend the neoprene self-leveling mat. It's thin, and great bottom insulation.
Luke remember my promise about tilapia eating your allegy for you put them in an empty tank because if you put them in the big tub they will eat absolutely everything
Luke is have the weirdest idea. How about modifying a cow milking machine ore something like this for draining multiple tank a once .....😅 juste thinking a way to reduce your work load...
Do you have any dehumidifiers or what do you do to prevent mold, I’ve never had tanks like yours but I’d imagine the humidity gets raised quite a bit in that room
I know it's unnecessary worry, but is the light properly supported? I don't want to imagine it falling and then harming the fish :( also electricity + water not a good idea

I’ve done that before😭😭
"Do some gymnastics " was funny
No replies ? Let me fix that .

Love your vieos Luke! Hope this project goes well, I will be along watching the whole time!
You must be so incredibly proud of yourself! I'm proud of you and I don't even know you personally. Lol. The last few years have turned your world around. School, college, your fish. Man, life is good
It looks amazing Luke!! Also very glad you weren't smooshed 😂
Oh my god I'm so excited to see massive fishes in this tank
This guy never fails to deliver quality contents
That looks like something straight out of an aquarium! Like the clear glass containers they keep sting rays in or something for you to pet! I wonder what your gonna put in that 🤔
Something tells me that he’s gonna put the turtles in there. May be the snapping ones or the sliders
I would guess guppies maybe. Since the goldfish would probably eat the plants
IT’S MAGNIFICENT!!
The wall scrapes earned my like, all too relatable.
It’ll look so cool once the plants grow in more
Just a little tip for anyone needing to take a door off the hinges, don’t actually unscrew the hinge just tap out the pin that holds the two hinge plates together, it’s a lot quicker and easier.
"WHO'S GONNA CARRY THE TANKS AND THE PLANTS?" -Mrclean
ok but jokes aside ?? this looks beautiful. amazing work
Eventually, Luke should just flood his basement and just go scuba diving with his goldfish army. Like that guy that has an eel pit with gars and sturgeons.
That's what I was thinking!❤
Your wife must REALLY love you! I would NEVER let my hubby put that in my house! I can see WAY too many accidents... a plays in it... a buddy has 1 too many and trips into it, breaking the edge... NO WAY!!! Garage, yes. Basement, hard no.
Bro drilled into the vent system 💀
I had the same exact rubbermaid. Had to take mine down due to contamenated well. Couldnt afford water changes for that large of tank anymore. I had to switch to RO that i treat to bring PH. Kh, GH, where i need.
That’s dope need a full length video asap

7/10 lukes basemen is nice and cozy, the only issue is it smells a bit like fish but that wasnt a major issue because i got free sushi
I can't wait to see who goes in the pond!
He is literally the gigachad meme
This man is living my dream lmao
You should definitely add more plants like hornwort and guppy grass. They grow fast and are beautiful.
Once those top sitting plants really get established they'll filter the water like crazy. All the ammonia and nitrates will be plant food, especially so because the plants can access the atmospheric carbon not just whats in the water.
✨Luke over here living like my dreams✨
A lil wall damage he said
I can’t wait to see what will be there I am very hyped 😁
Good job!❤️😊
I respect the commitment to use a $300 laser
Ayyye i have the same tank for growing out goldfish/koi. Good choice! 🐟
Maybe an inflatable swimming pool?? Those blue ones with the ring around the top??
Dang that’s hard work right there 😭
i can only imagine if the basement floods just all the fish having a good yime
“This grow light I used to use for plants” 😉😉😉 we know what you mean luke
I grew basil
Love your vids
Hardworking person 🦾
Dude Luke you should get some koi in that pond they would look pretty nice in there
Maybe you should make the staircase and door wider
Bro is building an entire animal crossing fish museum section
Cool! What are you planning to put in there? Also great gymnastics 😂
I cant believe you got that in the basement
Hey Luke Luke Luke Buy baby koi and put it there it would be great
At this rate,he doesn't even have to workout 😂
this needs more likes. but Luke I hope you learned your lesson next time do some measuring First 😂 or get a friend to help you when carrying it it's not heavy but Big so with 2 people it's easier to meanvure without damafi the Walls. now I'd like to say Pivot!!
Hey if I measured the measurements would have showed it not fitting, better to thug it out 😎
Remember it is ESSENTIAL to get your new indoor pond stuck in your house! If you get in without getting it stuck every else will go wrong! 🤪😂
i should buy one for my goldies

He's got vinyl flooring down there, it isn't in direct contact with the concrete.
@@jic1 that's not insulation. That's vinyl flooring.
@@latenitesips But it's certainly not bare concrete, and it's probably better than a towel.
@@jic1 I disagree.
He lives my dream every day
Luke remember my promise about tilapia eating your allegy for you put them in an empty tank because if you put them in the big tub they will eat absolutely everything
I got really confused until it clicked that that was supposed to be 'algae'.
You should get a goldfish room door
Love the vids Luke
Luke this is the biggest question i Had. how can be you so good with DIY. did you work at construction once ?
Never worked with construction but my brother does
"Grow light I used to use for plants"
What were you growing, Luke? Surely nothing illegal, right? Lmao
Luke last cheese ball update was great but I don’t think you truly explained to us how he swims I request another update
Okay maybe
@@lukesgoldies i feel like u 2 know each other. Luke you always comment on his comments
@@just_your_average_fish_keeper I wish we knew each other
You should put all of the adult goldfish in it
Hi, Luke Can You Make A Vid Of "Different Types Of Comet"
I Really Need To Know
Beautiful pond! :o
Gotta keep this in mind for my turtles
What’s going in this one, fish or turtles?
Do you have floor drains for leaks or overfills? Nice tank & love the videos
Surprised that “realized you marked the wrong area and now have an extra hole on the ceiling” wasn’t a step
Is no-one going to talk about luke walking home with the pond on his hands and the “oKaY, OkAy”_
I love it
Add guppies to it then it will be beautiful
Luke is have the weirdest idea. How about modifying a cow milking machine ore something like this for draining multiple tank a once .....😅 juste thinking a way to reduce your work load...
Update on your common goldfish plss
We want a video on snappers with ur green turtles together
Strong man
Pull the jams out the hinges much easier
Whats he planning on putting in there
Put some water lotus in there!
That tiny hook is scaring me
you know you can use a screwdriver or anything similar and knock the pin up or off the door hinges instead of taking the screws out😅
Any Update On Herald and Gerald
Remember kids : Dont break your door if u wan't to get something in, just airdrop it from a AC-400M
Goldfish keeping is now considered as extreme sport
If you can have it craps, but you research beforehand
He's gonna need to eat a ton of fiber to fill that.
I have wanted a 300 stock tank in the basement, but I couldn't get it down the stairs. So I have a 110 instead
Bro finish the whole stock of sponge filters from his local stores💀💀💀
What sort of plants 🪴 did u use for the grow light 🤔 😂 i feel like i know haha
Do you have any dehumidifiers or what do you do to prevent mold, I’ve never had tanks like yours but I’d imagine the humidity gets raised quite a bit in that room
I literally did the same thing. So I know those tanks they’re not that heavy they’re like 80 pounds
That wall is straight up screaming:
"🇺🇲🍔🦅🌎🇺🇲"
Get some koi fish for it!
Yeah
bro had to take off the door 😂
I know it's unnecessary worry, but is the light properly supported? I don't want to imagine it falling and then harming the fish :( also electricity + water not a good idea
Are u setting up a pond for snappers or for other fish like Maurice or something else??
Bro literally fit the circle into the square hole 💀
How humid is it in your basement? Do dehumidifiers work?
Why didn't you use Betty to get the tub from the garage?
I don't think it would fit in the bucket, and he hasn't mentioned anything about having a set of forks for it.
Your Probably right
You were the kid who would try to shove square blocks into a round hole weren't you?
Are the turtles getting an upgrade??
Was wondering where the turtles were going to go
Have you ever thought about having a saltwater tank? Or even breeding saltwater fish
We all know what will go into this pond, but nonetheless im curious 😁
if you only added 200g of water why not buy a smaller 200g tub? asking for a friend
Soo everyone else who watched friends was screaming PIVOT?
How do you hold the pots down in the tub? Do you just have them filled with rocks?
Day 10 of asking luke to name a goldfish soviet luke
Luke, what are you going to put in there?
What are you going to put in there Luke?
