I wear a full-face helmet and wear earplugs anyway. I bought this same windscreen to take pressure off of my chest. I plan on traveling 4 to 5 hours at a stretch and this windscreen has made long rides more comfortable. The wind noise on my helmet isn't any worse than it was without the windscreen. I too am 6' tall and would need a really tall windscreen to block the wind off of my helmet. I am happy with this windscreen.
They work ok for open faced helmets but otherwise create turbulence. Not really necessary in a slowish bike. Proper gear will be more of a benefit than the wind screen. I found that with the screen on and a tank bag the wind deflection was the best but without the bag on the tank it was blustery. I ride a UJM Yamaha Radian similar in style and riding position to Classic. Conversely my Z1000 has a high tank like many modern bikes and it works well against the wind with no extra windscreen. My point is the windshield works bettter for some configurations and depending on your choice of helmet and gear.
Thanks for this video. VERY helpful and clear. Using this and ones from The Silver Fox Travels and Curly Wolf I have installed the windshield on my Signals marsh grey without any grief!👍 Each showed different angles and had great tips.
A prroblem i encountered was on removal of the two headstock bolts,the bracket semed to warp forwards slightly making it difficult to get the new longer bolts in straight,got one in,,but ghe other felt like it was going to cross the threads,i would do one at a time if i was doing it again
Nice review. However, you should have shot a part of the video from the perspective of someone looking at the bike from the outside. Not just riding view. I wanted to see how it looks esthetically.

Im Internet gab es diesbezüglich einige Berichte das der Motor manchmal überhitzen soll. War oder ist das bei Dir auch der Fall oder sind Langstrecken kein Problem? 2. Hast du noch den Original - Luftilter oder auf DNA-Stage 2 Kit gewechselt? Dank im voraus und weiter so - tolle Videos! Gruß aus Österreich
Hallo, ich bin bisher noch keine langen Strecken gefahren, sind aber geplant. Ich habe noch alles original gelassen, muß erst mal die Erstinspektion abwarten, dann baue ich den DNA Filter ein. Viele Grüße Marc

Main problem in this windshield sir is near to main meter and i have also new standard and problem is meter papar is up company man says remove this windshield

The best acessory i bought for my classic 350. Now i can achieve top speed even in a windy day. Before it was very unconfortable above 80 km/h.

Be careful with the plastic mounts on the handlebars, they crack very fast. Do not tighten too strong.

Had one on my Supernova, waste of time , just creates extra wind to your helmet.

Don’t know how you can say it isn’t much louder. Installed mine today and it is so much louder than without. Chest is out of the wind though.
11:16 I said it`s louder than without. How much louder depends on the noise isolation provided by the helmet.
