For those who are curious, the actual name of the fortress is "Bran Castle". It is a national monument in Transylvania. Ironically despite becoming famous as Dracula's castle, there is no evidence that Vlad ever stepped foot in the fortress. Most historians believe that he was instead imprisoned in Budapest. It became famous as Dracula's castle due to the rumor that Vlad had been imprisoned there and the fact that it was a prominent fortress in Transylvania.

The floor boards squeaking was on purpose. It was made as a defense mechanism so that whoever was in the castle could tell if someone was sneaking up on them.

The thing that always gets me from going to places like those is just wondering how many battles must of been fought there, how many people got killed in that exact same place or just sat in a stool in the middle of the night with a snack in his hand absent-mindedly looking up into the sky or the same place im looking at.
Just thousands of millions of souls who have walked and even lived at the castle.
Makes one feel insignificant in a good way
Dracula's castle can't be a place of refuge for folks who had to evacuate due to the Slavic Battle. If they stay there, they'll likely be annoyed by "strigoi", and they may be afraid. How terrifying!

Oh and btw. Vlad Țepeș also know as Vlad Dracul (dracul=the devil) didn't die in the castle, he was killed in battle and all these "Dracula stories" were just invented to make movies and books more interesting. He wasn't actually a vampire.

My mother in law went to Transylvania last year and stayed in draculas castle. She told me they weren’t “supposed” to go outside after a certain time. Guess a lot of people there don’t for fear of vampires lol
It’s Bran Castel in Romania and people go out at any time 😂 Dracula is a character based on Vlad II Dracul and there isn’t any actual evidence that he was even at that castle.
He does have his own castle but there isn’t much left of it and the path to it isn’t suitable for tourists. It was an actual fortress, you can imagine why the access was supposed to be really hard.
This is hands-down one of my favourite vids of yours so far. That looked epic. I totally want to go there one day and experience that. You should do more haunted locations. And play hide and seek in them, that was hilarious. Happy Halloween boys...🧛♂️🦇

I personally have a Cirkul bottle. It has flavor "pods" thingies that flavors the water while you drink it. The pods which screws into the cover has a thing that lets you adjust how strong the flavor you get.

1:41 I get this is supposed to be connected to the vampires that are seen in film but I'm fairly sure the smell of garlic is more annoying than actual protection. Also I might be wrong but the stakes seem to resemble smaller versions of the poles that Vlad III Dracul used to impale his enemies.

The overnight stay in the castle is spooky with the footsteps by "strigoi". It would be even spookier if they were dormant to think that "strigoi" are approaching them with a curse. They were so nervous they believe present are "strigoi".😈
