We went out of galveston. Our ship booked it to get into port the night before we were to dock because there was going to be fog the next morning and we would not have been able to dock. We called my aunt while on ship (docked at galveston) and they charged us!! She lives in Galveston and was picking us up so that's why we called her. We called AT&T and they REFUSED to refund charges. Sorry AT&T sucks!

Oh my gosh!! That's insane! I would be so upset. No need to apologize. Believe me I have had my issues in the past with AT&T which is why I was fully prepared to have to pay the $500. I am so sorry you went through that.
