Hello James! The 268 cam implies other modifications to run well?(like the vernier?) also did you chipped yours? I have one PB engine-might be exactlylike yours, but anyways it is the 1.8 8v digifant and planning to install a 2.0 2e block and some cams-not decided yet on which one (it will be used on the road so not very aggressive). If you could give me any input I would be grateful! Cheers!
Hi, no I literally just swapped the cam over like for like. Its nothing too wild so doesnt require any uprated springs etc. And no chip in this one. I set up the fuelling using a CO meter, theres a good guide on clubgti. The 268 will be the perfect cam for the road, as you wont loose any low down torque. :)
