Many thanks to Schoolboy and Mr. Daigle. This interview was amazing! This man is a treasure. So much knowledge from a time when men had respect and integrity. Through the years, bad press has diminished the quality of some people’s opinions and viewpoints on the dogs and the folks who kept them. It saddens me to see what our society has and still is devolving into. I was brought to tears when Mr.Daigle mentioned the passing of his wife. I’m truly sorry for his loss. It gives me hope to hear the sense of peace and cheerful optimism Mr Daigle displays. I lost my wife in September 2021 to pneumonia at 40 years old. I’ve loved her since we were 14 and she was my best friend in life( even if she wouldn’t let me keep bulldogs) I enjoy hearing about the importance of the roles of dogmen’s wives and how important it is to mention their contributions. Schoolboy mentions Mrs. Angie in many of his videos and that always makes me smile. This interview is golden. I want more, more, more. Thanks again to Schoolboy and Mr. Daigle for this. I truly enjoy listening to these old timers....I have never had game dogs but i have so much respect for them. I feel like it's unfortunate that they are seen in such a negative light. How can you not have respect for something that has so much strength and refusal to quit?
That yolk & broth trick.. my grandfather used it.. he also used it right after a hog hunt, he would mix it up in the kibble.. 35 years later as I'm listening, now I know why. Wow just wow!! 😂🤦🏾♂️
@luckyorion9634 I believe he said he mixed the egg yolk and broth in a large syringe. If you mix the kibble you'd have to add broth and blend it down like a porridge.
