    Aaj aapke geet sunkar mujje apni music teacher ki yaad aa gai vo bangali thi or unhone hame 1992 me jab mai 11 class me thi to ek group song tyare karaya
    Alo amar alo ogo.....
    Or humne school k annual function me gaya tha
    Vo hame samajh Kam aata tha but uski jo dhun thi, aaj bhi kano me ginjti hai. Achanak us geet k bol mujhe yaad gaya or maine abhi search karke use suna . Bahut aacha laga , thank you so much 🙏

    Aap kehte hai ki live in the moment, practise mindfulness but kabhi kabhi aap hee khud khana banate banate video banate ho toh fir 😅 kya mein isse essa samjhu jese ki ek sui hai and voh sui hamne ek navjat shishu ko chubai jaay to usse bahut jyada harm hoga lekin same agar 25 ke bodybuilder ko toh usse kuch nahi hoga toh aapka man pe aapne essa niyantran paa liya hai ki aapke dimaag bodybuilder ban chuka hai jo ki agar mahine mein ek baar shakkar bhi khaay to kuch nahi hoga and agar diabetes ke patients jese hum jinka man bacche ki tarah sensitive hai and agar hum karenege to hamari halat ke hisaab se voh bahut nuksaan karega and aap jaldi recover karloge kyonki aapne itni mehnat ki sthitbuddhi prapt karne ke liye kya mein sahi samajh raha hu aap please brief mein comment kijiye 🙏❤

      @@AnandDwivedi369 lekin app ka dhyaan dono chijon par hai khaane par bhi and video record karte hue multitasking kar rahe ho . Toh fir aap khana banate huye apni 5 indriya samarpit karke mindfulness practice kyon nahi kar rahe ho ! Aapko to uss samay sirf ek kaam par concentrate karna chahiye naa 🤗 please correct me if I made a mistake and explain me in brief kya multitasking is opposite to mindfulness aur baaki sab chije iss topic se related 🌠

      jab multitasking karni pade to or bhi jyada mindfulness ki jaroorat hai..........choice ho to ek hi kaam per poora dhyan do......

    सर, मेरा एक सवाल है। मैं नियमित ध्यान नहीं करती हूँ। कभी नाम जप करती हूँ तो कभी ध्यान कर लेती हूँ, लेकिन यह नियमित नहीं हो पाता है। पर जब भी मैं ध्यान करती हूँ, तो कुछ सेकंड के अंदर ही मुझे झटके जैसे महसूस होते हैं, और ये हर 10 सेकंड में होते रहते हैं। ऐसा क्यों होता है, सर?

      dhyan se jo energy banti hai wo bodymind ko rebuild karti hai......
      sabka badymind alag hai isliye sabke anubhav bhi unique hote hain......
      roj dhyan kijiye,...kuchh bhi anubhav ho dariye nahin

    Sir , मैं इस 17 वर्ष की उमर में बहुत उदास हो चुका हू। न कुछ पाने का मन करता है न कुछ खोने का। मेरी जिंदगी का रस खत्म हो चुका है। मेरी मित्रो में मेरा प्रभाव कम हो गया है। जिंदगी की ट्रेन को किस पटरी पर लेके जाना है कुछ समझ नही। कृपया सथिति को समझ कर मार्गदर्शन करे.....

      Nikhil : tumhari age mein mujhe bhi aise sab hua tha. Acche dost banao. Jaisa ki guruji kehte hain accha khana khao, Bakery ka and processed food mat khao. Roz exercise karo, running karo, pranayam, meditation. Sab thik ho jayega.
