Hey Everyone! So many of you have asked me to do another video on What I Eat in a Day on WW Green Plan! Here is what I eat using my 30 points a day! I have several of these videos if you are looking for ideas!

-PUMPKIN PANCAKES:
-140g Egg Beaters
-60g Pure Pumpkin
-1tbsp Baking Powder
-1tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
-1tsp Cake Batter Extract
-VEGGIE CHILI STEW
-2lbs 90% lean ground beef
-White sweet onion
-Whole yellow pepper
-Garlic and sauté it all together
-2 cups of beef broth
-1can of regular diced tomatoes
-1can fire roasted tomatoes
-1 can fire roasted garlic tomatoes
-2 large sweet potatoes (microwave 1 minute) diced not peeled
-4 tbsp chili powder
-Brown meat and sauté onion, garlic, peppers together
-Dump all in instapot
-10 minutes instapot soup setting
-BIRD BALLS
-1lb 99% Lean Ground Turkey Breast
-1lb 98% Lean Ground Chicken Breast (if you can't find it that lean just double the Turkey)
-1/2 Cup Bread Crumbs
-1/2 Cup Romano Cheese Grated
-1tsp Garlic Powder, Onion Powder, Salt & Pepper
-(I used Trader Joes Onion Salt)
-2 eggs (On use Egg Beaters to lower points if on Green Plan)
Preheat Oven to 400 Degrees
Hand mix and form into large enough meatballs to fit in a muffin tin. This batch made about 12 meatballs and they came out to 3pts but always look up your specific ingredients and plug into recipe builder in WW app to be sure.
Bake 20 Minutes

I can tell such a big difference in your face! Wow you look amazing girl!!! You were beautiful before and you are now, you look great either way but you should be so proud of yourself and I'm sure you feel amazing and healthy 💖 I've lost nearly 50lbs and I know for me it's made a huge difference in my health and I feel much better plus I do have more confidence. I don't pay much attention to the scale anymore its more about how I feel now. Keep it up girl you should be so proud!

This is like seriously the 5th time I've joined weight watchers. After doing Keto for Woman I no longer want to see meat for a while lol Thank you for sharing this video as I'm on the green plan as well and within one week I've lost 1.4 lbs, not a lot but hey Rome wasn't built in a day. So this time I think good old WW is going to work for me.

I signed up yesterday the only thing i do not like is i can not seem to change the servings on the tracker, it makes weighing the food seem pointless . maybe ill learn how to utilize the tracker better

Oh my goodness I alway eat with baby or very small teaspoons and have been doing it also for YEARS since my boys were tiny. I’ve never met anyone else that also does it 😊

You should try Trader Joe's turkey bacon. 3 slices are only 1 point.

I'm new to WW..How do I know how many points and slices in food?
I make that exact recipe for the “bird balls” and I add a 1/2 cup of water to the mixture ~ it really helps add some moisture in. Thanks for the great idea on how to make another meal with those...😘
I’m re-watching this from last year because I recently switched to the green plan and I’m doing loads better on that than I did on blue and purple for a while I think the pandemic has pushed me to need more control. And that good culture cottage cheese I recently had a bowl with some pineapple in it the other morning and I was bowled over by how much better it tastes than the other and it’s much less salty.

OMG Laura I ordered the built bars. They are so yummy. Thank you for the recommendation. And you are right that coconut almond bar is to die for. The only one that was kinda funky was the Double Chocolate Mousse. That one has a weird after taste. My daughter didn't like it either.

I started a month ago in green plan as well and already lost 11 lbs! I was wondering if one big meal is ok per day ?? In the mornings I don’t get hungry but I drink a Boost nutritional drink instead of breakfast , does anyone know if that’s ok? I just started this.

You lost me on the sugar free maple syrup. That tells me it’s very likely loaded with Splenda/Sucralose or some artificial ingredients. I follow an organic diet which has eliminated migraines..
That’s awesome that you’ve found a way to eliminate your migraines! I don’t have that problem so I don’t have food restrictions. Perhaps you could replace the sugar free maple syrup with something you can have.

Make sure you have it on female, not male. Also if you have it on that your breastfeeding that will make it high
I started two days ago too but I am starving! I must be doing something wrong.
You might experience hunger first few days if you had gone from eating a lot of calories and are now in a cut. I promise though, you won’t die and you can push through first week or so and it will get better!
I also feel sorry for whoever doesn’t live near an HEB 😂
