I'm from the city of brotherly love and here section 8 is using a pilot program where a certain amount of tenants will now receive debit cards instead of vouchers. Landlords will depend on tenants paying that rent. Now, it is in pilot phase but from my understanding their trying to spread this everywhere. Have you heard about this and how do you think this will affect section 8 investors who relied on that government assurance. ??
