What I did about betrayal was to cut those off immediately! I then asked myself what did I learned from it and it was healing my mindset. Mindset is very important to me because it had helped me to grow. Thank you for your channel.👏🏾

I have 2 different "friends" who truly weren't my friends. Kat had to be removed, and Susie and I do not share the closeness we once had.

It’s really not hard to recognize when someone is using you we still go ahead and let them do that to us because our heart is not made being cruel so it will take something dramatic or someone close to you to snap and that person being hurt and used that’s when gloves off l can take it but when it comes to my only child that’s different 🙏 when a person does me wrong l don’t like when it builds because it takes a lot before l will actually goes off on someone but I’m trying because life is too short to have someone abuse you over and over again something have to give you can stay away from that person or start a new life.

I am up in aged. I found it has been hard for me to connect with folks as I would have did in HS Indvls are not being there authentic self and some just arn for a short while not a long while. True connections has been a struggle in my world in both Family and Individuals being fake with their intentions. I did not recognized this until reading up. I dont have to live like this I need to value myself more. I am healing and it is a process, yet I feel alone but not lonely. ❤
