  • FMEA presented brilliantly by Shubhangi Srivastava, Amrsha Srivastava, Rashmi Kamkar, Rucha Bindu, Reshma Xavier, along with Kashyap Sheth and Dr G (Dr Shrinivas Gondhalekar). PPA or Potential Problem Analysis. FMEA application 'prevents problems'. It is a powerful tool for 'problem prevention'.

The one thing that is always associated with any problem is "fear". And this fear is often vague and unknown because we don't give enough time to think about the fear or its root cause but rather fall pray to it and try to give up too easily. This method showcases how to deal with the fear and turn it into opportunity to make the potential failure of an event into it's potential success. Also the example demonstrates that it can be used in any situation of life be it professional or personal. Thank you Dr. G!

Thank you Durga Siva Teja Behra. Really appreciated your comment. Yes, our FMEA is an excellent video - interesting, compact and communicating everything. We encourage you to look at some of our other videos - Bullwhip Effect - very useful in Marketing Supply Chain. ruclips.net/video/ehyeBQFZyJ0/видео.html. Another video on reducing WIP in the supply chain is also presented ruclips.net/video/ZP6TBIwGmn0/видео.html. Though our example appears to be from Production, it is applicable in Marketing, especially the Standardized inventory concept explained towards the end. Enjoy!
