- FMEA presented brilliantly by Shubhangi Srivastava, Amrsha Srivastava, Rashmi Kamkar, Rucha Bindu, Reshma Xavier, along with Kashyap Sheth and Dr G (Dr Shrinivas Gondhalekar). PPA or Potential Problem Analysis. FMEA application 'prevents problems'. It is a powerful tool for 'problem prevention'.
This content was extremely helpful and informative! I'm in a systems engineering course and this video explained FEMA in a much easier way than the book, but hit all the major points! Thank you!!

A great concept that I have practically applied for college events and even an overseas trip! Needless to say, we didn’t face any problems and if when we did, we had our preventive and contingency action in place!

Faliure mode effects analysis (FMEA) is such an innovative and rarely known technique of avoiding any discrepancies or mishaps during stage shows or anywhere else. Something I've never heard of before.. These little measures which are often neglected can result into a disaster. Thankyou sir and the team for making this really informative video :)

The one thing that is always associated with any problem is "fear". And this fear is often vague and unknown because we don't give enough time to think about the fear or its root cause but rather fall pray to it and try to give up too easily. This method showcases how to deal with the fear and turn it into opportunity to make the potential failure of an event into it's potential success.
