3:06 just to let you know, this is a bug when playing on PCSX2 with 60fps patch, I completed whole game with this patch and there were a few races that I had to disable it because AI cars would sometimes drive too fast

Uhm... this always happens in Palm City Island as well, no bugs nothing, the AI just increase tremendous speed in Corner 2, crashing onto a wall and go crazy
