You need something pretty beefy for this to run well in RPCS3 My CPU is a Ryzen 9 7900X3D My GPU is an RTX 4080 And I have 32 GB of RAM There isn't much of a reason to emulate this rather than play the PC port But it's fun I guess lol
As sad as it is you kinda need a better computer to get past the audio stutter lol. I had the same problem on my old computer. Though after upgrading to my current computer the stutter was gone. And the game runs much better.
Idk what's wrong with yours. The only settings I changed were the ones recommended on the RPCS3 wiki. The rom version is BLUS30127. Which I ripped from an actual disc via a modded PS3.

OKAY what rom version and emulater settings is this? Because im on a 4090RTX With AMD 7800x3d and my gta4 runs like crap.
