How to remove turbo Seat Altea XL 2.0 TDI 140 HK BKD enging

I have for a long time, problems with overboost during acceleration where the car goes into safe mode and lose acceleration. Have tried many times to clean the turbo, without taking it off, with no noticeable result. Therefore, I decided to take it off and clean the variable vanes, as I could feel on the outer arm that it was quite tight.
The varible vanes was stock budt also damages by dirt or something similar.. Either through air intakes or through the fuel supply or perhaps from the turbo itself. There was a little rust forming at the edge of the assembly at the movable vanes. As both rotor blades and variable vanes were damaged, I chose a replacement turbo, where everything is tip top, at an affordable price.
