Mini Downspout Grow System For Indoor Hydroponics

I had a idea to try to make some downspout end caps out of a cedar wood fence plank. I also had a small scrap piece of 2 x 3 Amerimax downspout gutter lying around and decided to go with that. Let me know what you think of the custom end caps as I will be making a part 2 to this video as I will put some wood sides and top on it.
Downspout end caps that fit Amerimax or similar VINYL downspouts that can be purchased at big box stores like Home Depot or Lowes.
Just cut your downspout to desired length, cut your opening for plants and attach end caps to downspout with a high quality Silicone (not included) we recommend GE advanced 100% waterproof Silicone (or similar brand) Allow glue to dry thoroughly before adding water.
You can start growing your own microgreens, off grid hydroponic grow box, and is great for seed propagation. The end caps add stability to the downspout when placing on a window ledge.
