- DRAG RACE between a stock Porsche 911 GT2RS vs alpha 8 Nissan GTR vs a tuned Porsche 911 4s GTS vs Africa's fastest A45 AMG (second fastest in the world!). The power odds might be in the Alpha Nissans favour but lets see if the Porsches can do the Germans proud?? However you might also be surprised in the little A45 AMG. What kit was this GTR using? AMS does not make an alpha 8 kit. Unless it's a different company named ALPHA?
They do, they make kits Alpha 7 to 10
@@CARdiacs They make alot more kits than that. I just checked with my AMS rep, there is no Alpha 8 kit. Can you post a link to it?
No way that GT-R is 800hp. I know Porsche is fast but not this fast with 200hp difference. It's probably running a different map.
We found out later it was having some diff issues.. It's been fixed and given some other upgrades, will run it again against the Porsches and see how it goes
@@CARdiacs thanks. I own a 2014 stock one and saw how slow the launch was. Problem with most hi power GT-R s is that they keep the transmission stock (a remap mostly) and it can't handle the power.
I wonder if a pro-charged GT3RS can walk a GT2RS
Doubt it, would be an interesting test though
@@CARdiacs the Pro-charged GR3RS makes about +600hp to the wheels 🤔 so it’s in the ballpark of a GT2RS

Its funny how GTRs always lose in these types of videos to porsches yet still,no one can show any porsche no matter hie modded can do a 6 second 1/4 mile pasd as GTRs do. Or. Do 1/2 mile records n so many different countries like GTRs do. Lolol. It makes videos like this look fake.
