True stories! My friend borrowed my scale ruler and when I asked her about it few weeks later she had no bloody idea what I was talking about! I found my ruler abandoned in the corner of the class and crying alone :'(

Halaaa I am really having trouble using the flexible rulers. Turns out there is a flexible curve that I can use! Yeeey! Thankyouuu.

Thank you for this Ar. As a 2nd year architecture student, drawing/drafting tools is really helpful. Sobrang napapadali niya yung pag draft mo, especially in Design subject. This video is really helpful bc I've been finding tools that can lessen the amount of works I need to do. Hindi naman kasi tinuro saamin yung ibang materials maliban lang sa triangles, scales, and furniture templates. Kaya I am so happy to discover other tools I can use :)

may mga mas affordable naman na options. Hindi naman lahat kelangan branded. And you don't need to invest "too much" on drafting and rendering materials kasi darating yung time na more on digital layouts na. just a tip:)

That acrylic triangles is a MUST HAVE!! No more dirtyyy plates!! Yung kala mo araw araw nagdadraft kaya nagdumi pero ang totoo, kasalanan lang talaga yun ng triangles. HAHAHAHA

One more question sir. Pasmado po ako, as in nagshishake kamay ko ng sobra at nagpapawis. Magiging sagabal po ba to sa pagkuha ko ng course na archi? :(
Rotring tech pen (which our professors required us in our first year) [SET of 0.1, 0.3, 0.5, eraser, ink refill]: 2000 php
T-Square: 400 php
Drafting table: 5000 php
Triangles (30 & 60): big ones cost 400 each
Triangular scale: 100 php
Templates (furniture, circles, etc. - some brands are expensive-it is better to buy secondhand or cheaper): 500 php
Pencils (F, 2h, hb, 2b, 4b, 5b - For monochromatic drawings): 35 php each pencil : ~200 php
Tube: 150 php
Those were the things I had for my first year. Every year something new had to be bought as required by certain subjects. And of course some things have to be replace because it got stolen, broken, or worn out.
@@landewell6862 salamat po sa idea. Medyo magastos pala talaga yung archi. Paano po kaya yung case ko na pasmado? Nagshishake kamay ko ng sobra tapos nagpapawis din sobra. Magiging sagabal po ba to?
@@MitchieBoy It can become a problem because your paper would then be wet. But, I also experience sweaty hands due to lack of sleep and poor lifestyle. What I do is that I put a towel (or anything) underneath my hands so that only the pen makes contact with the paper. Try practicing with it. Don't let shaky hands and sweaty palms stop you from pursuing architecture. Besides, in higher years or when you work in a design firm, most drawings are done digitally. (No problem about getting your papers wet, lol). You can sketch from time to time and I am pretty sure that a sweaty sketch won't matter.

I'm not a professional at all but I think a tutorial on its user interface could help those that are new to vray. I had to do a lot of reading to get to my skill level. As a company vray don't exactly have a dedicated platform where one can access in depth video tutorials. Mad respect from Cape Town, South Africa. Sheared your channel with my colleagues and friends.
