Thank you. Terrific explanation. Cant wait ti start with wire. Your voice is also so pleasant.
I've said it before and i'll say it again, you're awesome at what you do! I appreciate you taking the time to make these videos and show the techniques. Amazing job!
I absolutely love the way you make your videos. You have taken the time to carefully explain in complete detail exactly how to do each type of wrapping technique. It makes it easier to understand just how to do each technique and what to expect to occur if I did something wrong. Thank you so very much. This helps me learn more about what I am doing wrong while I am designing a piece.
Thank you so much for this tutorial. You explain and demonstrate everything so well. It was a pleasure!
Bless your eyes and patience. Really lovely piece.
Thank you so much for your tutorials. It is so clear and at the right pace. You are so thorough in explaining every step and the reasons for it that it is an absolute pleasure watching it. Much appreciated!
I simply love watching your very inspiring tutorial and hearing your soft soothing voice. I have learned a lot from you. Thank you so much for sharing your art with the world.
Thank you very much for all of your videos. They are appreciated very much!
Your voice and accent are so calm and encouraging. You also share practical methods on keeping even spacing and tension, which is where I have difficulty. Well done.
This is exactly what I needed, I hated covering up the agate bands.
WOW this is by far the best wire wrapping tutorial I've ever watched. Thank you so much for the time taken to make this. You're a star!!
I would love to give you more than 1 thumps up!!A great tutorial, and just in time. My husband has created a few Polymer Clay Cabochons, but I want to wire wrap them and use them for my Kumihimo braids. Thanks so much for your inspiration and for letting us enjoy watching your techniques.
Thanks so much for the great tutorial! I love the idea of using the clip. You make everything seem so easy. Again, thank you.
I just wanted to thank you because I checked out about 20 books for wire weaving from the library, but it is nowhere nearly as helpful as watching these videos. I just finished my first wire weave with some fused glass that I made and it looks incredible. There's no way I could have done it with just the books, so thank you!
I love the way you show the whole weave.
thank you very much for posting! beautifully executed and really simply explained! thanks again
I don't do jewelry, but I ran across your video, I really enjoyed just watching you work, and you have a beautiful eye for designing. thank you so much. I will be back for more.
Thank you to this wonderful tutorial, i have been searching for a long time about the art of wrapping wire, you are the best.
You are a very good teacher! Thank you!
THANK YOU! Beautiful--- much needed for lapidary pieces my father made years ago and soooo much easier than creating bezel w// torch and backing and all...not to mention more interesting!
You're both a talented designer and teacher. Thank you for this tutorial.
Robin Kane Thank you so much. I really appreciate it :-)
Beautiful! I can't wait to try this with some gorgeous labradorite cabochons I bought! Thanks so much for putting this tutorial together.
+RedneckHillbillies Thank you very much. I'm glad it was helpful. Ooooh labradorite. Sounds lovely :-)
Beautiful!! Your instructions are so easy to follow! Thanks so much for your generosity in sharing!
+Debbie Collins You're very welcome and thank you :-)
i did this with 1mm ironwire and 0,5 brasswire and wrapped a dragoneye that I made and it looks soo great! thank you a million times for this tutorial!!
Thank you, this is exactly the mount I was looking for to use on my project.
I love watching your work......you do such a fantastic job of explaining each step!! and your stuff is AMAZING!!!
astrialinda H Thank you very much. You are very kind :-)
Following the advice you gave at 21:00 regarding "guiding" the wire as opposed to "pulling" was the absolute best tip ever! 👍 It really helped me to maintain a consistently sized bezel weave. My weaving wire wasn't on a spool and I broke it half way through, and I didn't allow enough to weave the bale but I think it's going to be ok as long as it never comes apart. I'd feel better if I had been able to weave without piecing it together but I wasn't going to start over when I seemed to be doing so well. LOL! 😄 But even with rubber tips, my clamp had a very tight grip and scratched the base wire. This is where your tip really paid off for me because it allowed me to weave without the clamp. Now I'm finished wrapping my White Buffalo Stone except for weaving the bale. Thank you sooooooo much! You're a rock star! 😉
Fantastic tutorial! I wrapped a piece of amazonite that was semi-flat but not cab cut. My wires did bend a tad along the way, but it came out quite lovely once I fit the bezel to the stone. THANK YOU for sharing these. A very relaxing and rewarding process. Next up is a slice of fossilized coral! I also really love how secure this keeps the stone.
Your work is amazing and beautiful!
Thank you so much for this tutorial. I have polished many stones then just store them in boxes - afraid to go to the next step - making jewelry. Your teaching style is just right for me - slow and easy and I will enjoy more of your teaching - Again, thanks much!
+Don Jackson You're very welcome and thank you. It really means a lot to me :-)
Extremely well presented, your tutorials are excellent
You are brilliant! This tutorial is fab. I have many cabs and geo slices that I would love to do this technique to. Thanks so very much!

you are 100% my favorite RUclips to learn wire wrapping from!!!!!!
+Jessica Bean Thank you very much. That is very kind of you :-)
I so enjoy your tutorials step by step instruction, at my age that is very important in creating a piece that looks great as opposed to a hot mess! thank you for your time to make these video's.
+Shirley Zolman Thank you very much. I'm really glad to hear that and I really appreciate it :-)
love it thank you i think this has to be my favourite wrap for a cabochon.
g williams Thank you so much. I'm glad you like it :-)
Absolutely brilliant! Thank you for sharing ♥
I love how you use the smaller gauge wire to secure the bail vs. The way I've been doing it with larger wire and creating WAY too much bulk around the bail. Great technique for, like you said, when you have a cabochon that you don't want to cover with too much wire work. Thank you so much for your tutorials. I learn so much!
padali29 Thank you so much. I'm glad they are helpful :-)

Thank you so much for this tutorial!! I was looking for a birthday gift for a co-worker and she had mentioned wanting one of my wrapped crystals. With my intent in mind a beautiful rectangular piece of raw amethyst said it wanted to go to her. Completely clueless on how I was going to wrap it I snatched it up. Without you I'd still be twiddling my (insanely sore) thumbs trying to think of how to do it. You've made my day with your perfect explanation and thorough walk through. Thank you thank you thank you!!
indie0gal That sounds so great. I'm really glad it was helpful. Hehe, so your gemstones talk to you as well ;-P I'm sure she will love whatever you make. Personal present are always the best :-)

Thank you so much for doing all this! I binge watched many wire-wrapping videos, and yours are awesome! Great projects, beautiful pieces, clear concise directions, and I adore your lovely, lilting voice.
Love this!! I did look on the website you order your wire from. From what I could see, they didn't have the big spools like the ones you have. They only had the smaller spools. I love your videos!! THANK YOU for sharing how to do your work!! :)
Milagro70 Thank you very much. No they don't have them very often anymore, so I am also trying out a different wire supplier myself. I am currently trying out wire from www.wires.co.uk and I've heard a lot of good things about them, so hopefully that will work out :-)
You are fantastic!!!!!
woah thats beautiful i'd neverrrr have the patience for this. i am terrible with wrapping wire i wish i was better :( guess it takes a lot of practice it looks easier then it is until you actually attempt it :P
Absolutely gorgeous! I just tried it. Oh boy. It is hard to hold the wires straight, and when done. It was some loose wires at the end, and crooked.awwww You make it look so easy... You are very creative!!
Gracias hermosa te quedo precioso hermoso. Un abrazo miles de bendiciones !!!!!!

Thank you for an excellent tutorial. I would like to do this in sterling silver so was wondering how much of the 0.4mm wire to buy so as not to spend too much. Thank you.

+CSLdesigns where did you get the cabochon?
I got this one from www.jewellerymaker.com.
+CSLdesigns Are you sure because I couldn't find it there?
Yes. But it is quite a while ago so they probably don't have them anymore. Don't know if they might get them back or not. Maybe try and look on Etsy or somewhere like that and see if you can find something similar.
Nossa esse trabalho é lindo mas ao mesmo tempo bem trabalhoso, exige paciência e saber manusear esse tipo de fio. Não é fácil não. Parabéns pelo trabalho que você faz
Thank you.
