Mini Cooper Countryman Turbo Charger

Matt explains why this 2012 Mini Cooper Countryman's Turbo Charger has a loss of power, and a rattle while idling. The Check Engine Light is on for codes 2C57 & 2C90, which are for charge pressure control plausibility pressure to low and a blow-off valve stuck closed.
Check out the issues with the Turbo Charger's waste gate flap having too much play that caused the shaft to get stuck. Other symptoms included oil leaking - so the Mini Cooper was low on oil.
