Really good use of the rates table and corresponds well to our proposals reality. Well done! Have a great day.

What about Project Server and PWA? Cost rate tables are only available on local desktop clients and if you're using enterprise shared resources from Project Server, anything you enter locally is gonna get overwritten once you close and reopen the project. The online resource sheet only has a single field for standard and overtime rates. No tabs, no dates.

Hi Reeven, yes indeed there are limitations on the online version. The On-premise version of MS Project is more robust and capable of complex inputs.

@@JCleRouxx Yes, I found that out the hard way. Thanks for the reply! By the way, for any wandering soul who stumbles here like I did: if you use the Open in Project button from the Resource Pool page in PWA, you can edit the cost rate table from inside Project Desktop for a given resource, save and hit Files->Info->Publish, and this way you can save multiple rates on Server beyond PWA's single field. Your multiple cost rates will "save" server side for that resource and be usable in any project from now on, without reset. It's only a PITA that this can't be done entirely from Desktop; you have to take a detour to open the resource from PWA's button for your right to modify enterprise resources to be recognized.
