Great job Graham, we're our own worst critics on jobs we do, however, everyone else seems to enjoy what we do. Keep up the good work, all the best. Ian
Thoroughly enjoyed your video, very well done and first time I have come across your channel. Now subscribed and need to watch more! It looks a wonderful layout. Thank you.
Thanks very much for saying that, it's much appreciated Allan. Never sure how these things are going to turn out really, but hey ho that's modelling. Cheers mate 👍
Clever use of foam board to make the corner piece Graham, it looks much better. Your right about the layout it is never finished, I think that is what sometimes keeps our interest in the hobby going. Not sure if this helps but what I have done on one section of my back scene is to glue material (thick grass like) to the back ground in the same shape as the trees to give a more 3D effect of them. Many thanks for sharing always a pleasure to watch regards Barry..
Always grateful for ideas Barry, that's how we all help each other out in this wonderful hobby. Nobody knows it all and some just have a unique take on certain prospectives. Cheers mate🙂👍
Hi Graham Great video, always nice to see how other people do their scenery, think we all do basically the same just little differences make it individual. Ive got the dcc concepts metal thingy to try and help on my helix but like you said its hard to fix it down and I cant drill the track now the helix is made. The corner landscape looks good, Ive got curved corners on my backscene too as it looks loads better than a flat corner, Id cut a third off the chimney so it sits off the shed roof. Keep up the good work 🙂 Cheers Paul 👍
I know what you mean as my layout is also 360 with lots to fix and finish. Not sure if I will ever get it done as there is always something that goes wrong or requires time and attention. I like your engine Shen idea as a visual break. I had a number of issues with derailments some of which were caused by bad alignment of points or wheel gauges or couplings. You have lots on the go and doing a great job. Looking forward to seeing what comes next. Thanks for sharing
Thanks, very glad I can give enthusiasm to people in the hobby while enjoying it myself. Cheers for watching and taking the time to comment. Atb Graham 👍😊
Superb work ,on my layout in one corner is part of an RAF base with a model of a harrier jump jet ,mind you the aircraft takes up most of the corner 😊,all the best mate Mark 😊😊
Hello, can I ask where you bought your engine shed from that's got the lights in at the beginning of your video? Nice on the scenic area. Do you find using that battery powered air brush kit better than an Aerosol spray can?
Not sure which engine shed you mean. Far left of my TMD is a Peco kit I made, then a Bachmann single road shed, then a bachmann double road shed and a large Hornby coach shed all bought via ebay. Then my scenic effort in this update made by me. Oh and the battery Airbrush is great, but only used with acrylic paints so far. Never bother with most over priced cans. Cheers Graham 👍

I have that triang midland pullman, I take it your layout is dcc have you put a chip in the pullman?
I have a few old triang versions. But the one on the layout is the bachmann version with two 21 pin dcc chips, one in each unit. Regards Graham 🙂 👍
