I live and work in this area, have done many deliveries to Kelvin Road. The fact Stuart left the scene before a more senior officer arrived and then didn’t mention the murders speaks volumes! The fact Alison and Steven were each other’s alibis is ridiculous. The fact they shared a solicitor with Dai, who wouldn’t then implicate them in the case is a joke! Also Alison was trained in martial arts with weapons. This whole case is a joke and tragic for Dais family 😢

I don't understand the suspicion of Allison, at least not for the murders, thenselves. Frankly, it doesn't seem any of these suspects had the motive to take a grievance to the level of murdering children. I can see how if choosing among just these, they would more suspect David, given past behavior and the necklace evidence, both at the crime site and testimony that he was wearing it that night. But, as well, I can see how the community would 'suspect' collusion among law enforcement, given their past behavior.

I was born and raised in Clydach and me and my family lived literally around the corner not even a 1 minute walk away from Kelvin Road. My mother was Doris’s district nurse, she would go in to the house often to care for her and was actually in the house the day before the murders and she knew Mandy and the kids well. I remember being 9 years old, standing at the end of the cordoned off road seeing the flowers etc left on the front lawn. Such a sad sad story. RIP Doris, Mandy, Katie and Emily. 😔

  • @cogitoergospud1
    @cogitoergospud1 Год назад +51

So Dai went to the house, bludgeoned the mother in law because he was a psychic who knew Mandy would come home later and turn down his demand for sex, replaced the fuse while he waited for Mandy and the girls to come home, and then killed them because she refused sex, decided to bath Mandy, and came back to the house several times, all while drunk? Seems much more likely that Mandy’s cop-lesbian lover killed her and had her cop husband and his cop brother help cover it up.

I live near Clydach, no-one believes Dai Morris was guilty of this. He was a convenient 'local wrong-un' who they managed to pin it on.
Good job giving a straight forward unbiased outline of the case though. It was all accurate and gave a good understanding for anyone who was interested in looking into this further.
Also good job with your pronounciation. Most people butcher Welsh town names.

I was a taxi driver at the time. An off the books driver cleared him. I'm fighting corruption right now at the same station. They're involved in a two year campaign to deny me access to my own footage, because their PCSO BALLSED UP the scene, labelled ME a hit and run driver, for fleeing the scene of my own assault after no actions were taken to even separate me and my attacker.
They deleted footage. They've been walking into my house and refusing to leave, with me screaming upstairs in fear.
I've had to BAN them, from my home.
Chief Inspector is the highest so far, but mostly Inspector Ryan Davies, lying and forging my details to file a complaint that wasn't mine. I'm currently fighting just to get my complaint filed.

It's hard to ignore how much that e fit looks like the Lewis twins. Police never convict their own. Proven time and time again. I don't know who did it but the witness who saw a man walking away from the scene had no reason to lie. Once again that e fit is like a Polaroid of the twins. Honestly, Morris should have never gone to trial, and of course, convicted. The South Wales Police should have recused themselves. It doesn't even matter that DNA was studied many years later... Who was in charge of the evidence?
This is a very bitter ending because objectively it leaves doubts

You are so thorough in your investigation you get to the point there's not huge backstories on people that draw out the video you do such a great job telling us the facts. I'm on the edge of my seat with every one of your videos. Keep up the great work. You should think about doing some podcasts with definitely subscribe and listen to those. Well done

But most importantly, knowing what to include, what to cut, what to add in & what to emphasise, explain in more detail. It's not a skill that everyone has unbelievably, but you have it mastered. Your productions are ALWAYS worth my time❤, no matter the subject matter. Thank you Kevin, keep slaying friend 👌🏻🥰👏🏻👏🏻

The cop committed this heinous crime. Case closed.
He hated her for her affair with his wife.
He was heard by a neighbor screaming he was gonna "kill her".
The facial composite given by a witness looks JUST like him.
His knowledge of forensics meant that he knows to bath her body to destroy the evidence.
His odd and uninterested behavior plus his departure from the crime scene after only 10 mins. in order for evidence to be left and not collected.
Also, in my opinion , tye girlfriend.lied and supported his alibi and her suicide could be due to her knowing that her husband savagely murdered 4 people including 2 precious little girls.
I'm not to sure about the brothers part in it. It could be that he had no knowledge of the murders.
The the corrupt police department planted evidence in order to pin it on the man with the necklace.
The fact that the alleged suspect never confessed even though his very freedom depended on it is VERY telling

No wait now they had said in the beginning that whoever set the fires and whoever had killed those people hadn't done it all at the same time and the crime scene showed that but then they changed that up to convict that boy David they said he went to proposition her she turned him down he killed her clean up the crime scene set the house on fire that can't be the case they said that the girls didn't come home so much later that the grandma was killed first and then he killed the mom and then he killed the girls after they got home and it and then he had to fix the fuses and everything else you can't have it both ways which is it and also what about the DNA and the fingerprints I ain't heard s*** about that

At about 30:24 there's confident sounding remarks made pertaining to the scene and claimed inability to clean up and so on, if he were drinking and drugging and such, as though it's conclusive evidence that it could not possibly be him. But the drugs mentioned were amphetamines, in addition to just multiple glasses of beer, so all of those activities are completely feasible, therefore plausible.

Hello, I discovered your channel today and have now watched quite a few of your playlist videos. I like that you cover some undiscovered (for me) cases to watch. Your videos are well researched and interesting, so I subscribed for more. I'm in the Uk and can't recall ever hearing of this case before. It appears to me the police officer maybe covered for his twin who was responsiblefor their deaths. I highly doubt it would be revisited now so many years down the line. Thanks for your work in making these documentaries.

Yeah I’m usually not with the accused, but idk how a raging blackout drunk cleaned up his home meticulously. It’s just not plausible to me as the twin cop theory tbh. I also understand what the dad means when he says there’s a difference between being a druggie and other minor crimes and murder of a whole family.
