I hope and pray you find her,she was way to beautiful for him and couldn’t handle the fact she would move on from the loser,my daughter only survived her monster boyfriend because a man who was on holiday from Australia and had jet lag so he was awake looking out of his window he saw something move out of the corner of his eye,it was my daughter she’d been thrown out of the window and the demon was dragging her back inside to leave her to die alone.he’s in prison doing 15 year’s I wish it was life.you’re family are in my prayers 🙏🙏

Thank you for a great job telling my Megan's story. We will look for her until we are no longer able, then others will keep up the fight. It's a shame so many seem to victim blame. Abusers have a special way to keep them going back. I pray my girl is found and that others do not ever have to live in this nightmare.
So very sorry you experienced this. When the child is an adult, there's really not a lot the mother can do if the daughter is determined. I've seen so many times when a parent's obstruction just pushes the girl closer to the man you're hoping she breaks up with as if this is a test of wills and independence. It is astounding to me how many of these cases center around guys that have been arrested over and over and over and still seem to be released from jail. It is also astounding to me how these guys get girls. I know seriously nice guys who have trouble finding girls and yet girls seem to swarm around these monsters. Something is seriously wrong with our legal system and our people.
@@jonhiggins2012/ As a woman who use to wanna date guys that brought excitement and just a pinch of danger I learned quickly that's not how I wanna live my life not knowing if one day something would hurt me bc of something he did or him getting me into something that could have me locked away as well. But I have a friend who is from the Suburbs and she is dating a guy in jail for the last 12yrs and he gets out next week kn the 28th and I asked her why would she let this man move in with her and her 4 kids and they've only known each other thru phone calls. She said that she likes thug men bc she feels protected by them and like I said earlier they bring excitement into her life. But the thing about it is women for some reason like men that they have to chase and always wonder who he's with and that doesn't call and they have to call him and fight for his attention from other women. It's sad but true. I been with my dude since I was 16 but I'm 40 now but I didn't wanna have to keep wondering who my man is with or fighting with other women for his attention but these women out here now want what I call struggle love. For some reason if I treat them with a some disrespect and don't seem so interested then it's makes them curious and wanna get to know why you don't seem that interested in them. Then that's when they become interested in you. You gotta make them chase u a little.
Our society still puts sky high expectations on and shames women until they have little personal value and self esteem. It makes them targets for monsters like this one. That's part of how they 'get' women. Some women believe that treatment is what they deserve or they are chasing the behavior of parents because it's what is familiar (and the blame is not on them). It's so sad.

She did have a chance at a good life. Going to Kansas after high school is what happened. She was set up to go to college on a softball scholarship and her father helped develop her love of the game and her skills.
Her stepmother obviously dearly loved her, and her biological mother introduced her to this monster. How shameful and sick. Excellent coverage of a case I hadn't heard of. Just came across your channel, so glad I did. Her stepmum did everything she could to find Megan. What did her biological mother...she introduced that monster to her daughter. She was an ex of his who no doubt knew he liked to batter girlfriends. Obviously didn't give a damn about her daughter. As soon as Megan made that fateful decision to find her mother, her life was doomed.
I know what kind of person would do that to a child you birthed even if you didn't raise her it's despicable. I think Meagan getting caught up in the meth of all things was what she came back for.
Erin definitely knows he did it, as well as probably where he buried her. She looked high as a kite in that interview. I’d imagine that’s why she “loved” him so much. He was her supplier. She should be drilled more about the whereabouts of Megan. She knows…🤷🏻♂️💯
How sad that this creep has almost certainly taken the location of her body to the grave with him, possibly never giving closure to her grieving family by not allowing them to bury her with the dignity & respect she deserves! From the minute that guys picture came up, I knew he did everything that was going to happen in this video. I grew up in Upstate NY and there are so many guys just like him. You just knew to stay away from them because they were bad news and sure enough they're all dead or in jail now.

These cops have got to be re-trained...domestic abused women and men protect their abuser in front of them...take them out of the situation then ask them what's really happening. This girl was totally let down by LE big time.
They also have the ability to arrest the boyfriend even if she doesn’t want to press charges for the same reasons you pointed out, intimidation fear etc.
What a waste this guy is… and what is wrong with those women who picked him? Especially as a mom you should be really careful who you get involved with.

Hey! Yes I did see it and we took a look at the case. It did look really interesting but getting access to the confession was going to be difficult so we put that on the back burner for now. It is on our list though and we might circle back to it again once we get through some other stories we've got in the works. I do appreciate the suggestions though, so if you come across any others then please do let me know and we'll see if they can work.

Oh Megan, I wished you never met this monster, and gave him so many chances. He was a bad person, if no chance to get rehabilitated to society. He get in troubles after trouble, even after release from jail, he still did bad stuff.
Why would any mother think it’s a good idea to introduce their daughter to this man? Obviously, she knew he was bad news, that’s why she (the mother) wasn’t with him anymore.
18:17 I do not feel sorry for this girl. She could have driven the car away when he was in his home getting more weapons. IMO she's just as responsible as him in the crimes he committed. She absolutely put her child in danger by continuing the relationship with him. Her focus was NOT on her son but herself! Thank goodness her child was taken away from her!
Superb video Kevin! I'd never heard about this case before. The disappearance of Megan is tragic, I hope her family gets closure someday. It's so sad as well about David's father. it seems he was a wonderful man and nothing like his son. Fair dues to him for allowing L.E. to search his property without a warrant. I also hope Chad Murphy makes a full recovery. I think David's girlfriend got off lightly. She doesn't seem like a fit mother to me. It's a pity people like David don't just take their lives before causing so much heartache for other people instead of doing it in the cowardly way afterwards.
That girlfriend is in complete denial. The man kills his own father but he is not a monster. She is lucky he decided to end his own life. Otherwise, she wouldn't have lived much longer.

How sad that this creep has almost certainly taken the location of her body to the grave with him, possibly never giving closure to her grieving family by not allowing them to bury her with the dignity & respect she deserves!
There's no doubt that he killed her but unfortunately he has made sure we will never know exactly how, where or why he did it.

We were supposed to only be here for a year but just really enjoyed our time so decided to stay…it’s been 8 years now! Initially from the Toronto area in Canada and currently settled down in Kent. Haven’t been up to Manchester yet myself. Really need to get up there for a visit sometime soon. What took you to Los Angeles?

@@JustThoughtLounge yeah, these kinds of cases are the ones that breaks my heart. The family never gets to lay them to rest or have full closure. I am sure everytime someone in the area finds remains the family holds their breath until it's announced it's human or animal bones. It's so sad.

Wow, this one was a doozie! Poor Megan. I hope her family finds her. David was something else to say the least. All the bomb making materials & bombs in general. Scaryyyyy. I couldn't believe how many Law Enforcement Departments you were listing off there during the stand off part. I think I lost count at, at least 10. Plus you said, many others. I was shook!

From the minute that guys picture came up, I knew he did everything that was going to happen in this video. I grew up in Upstate NY and there are so many guys just like him. You just knew to stay away from them because they were bad news and sure enough they're all dead or in jail now.

These cops have got to be re-trained...domestic abused women and men protect their abuser in front of them...take them out of the situation then ask them what's really happening. This girl was totally let down by LE big time.
Happened to me. My abusive mentally ill husband was protected by the police. He was an illegal alien and the police let him keep his gun (a felony).
Its usually how it goes.
It's so small that they didn't even know what to do about missing person. Took a lot of hell raising.
Macho bullshit defers to macho bullshit.
They also have the ability to arrest the boyfriend even if she doesn’t want to press charges for the same reasons you pointed out, intimidation fear etc.
What a waste this guy is… and what is wrong with those women who picked him? Especially as a mom you should be really careful who you get involved with.

Hey! Yes I did see it and we took a look at the case. It did look really interesting but getting access to the confession was going to be difficult so we put that on the back burner for now. It is on our list though and we might circle back to it again once we get through some other stories we've got in the works. I do appreciate the suggestions though, so if you come across any others then please do let me know and we'll see if they can work.

Oh Megan, I wished you never met this monster, and gave him so many chances. He was a bad person, if no chance to get rehabilitated to society. He get in troubles after trouble, even after release from jail, he still did bad stuff.

Why would any mother think it’s a good idea to introduce their daughter to this man? Obviously, she knew he was bad news, that’s why she (the mother) wasn’t with him anymore.

18:17 I do not feel sorry for this girl. She could have driven the car away when he was in his home getting more weapons. IMO she's just as responsible as him in the crimes he committed.
She absolutely put her child in danger by continuing the relationship with him. Her focus was NOT on her son but herself! Thank goodness her child was taken away from her!
The step mom is MUCH more supportive than her own birth mom HOW SAD your own mom introduce her own daughter into DANCER

Superb video Kevin! I'd never heard about this case before. The disappearance of Megan is tragic, I hope her family gets closure someday. It's so sad as well about David's father. it seems he was a wonderful man and nothing like his son. Fair dues to him for allowing L.E. to search his property without a warrant. I also hope Chad Murphy makes a full recovery. I think David's girlfriend got off lightly. She doesn't seem like a fit mother to me. It's a pity people like David don't just take their lives before causing so much heartache for other people instead of doing it in the cowardly way afterwards.

Yes, his father was a good man and knew his son was no good. That girlfriend is in and out of jail quite frequently.
That girlfriend is in complete denial. The man kills his own father but he is not a monster. She is lucky he decided to end his own life. Otherwise, she wouldn't have lived much longer.
