In the beginning this was good for RUclips. Not too long ago, Google was a pretty good company. But they got infected by the woke virus. And now their products are getting worse and worse.
RUclips is fully out of pocket at this point with how they treat creators. It's a great "practice run" for how people react to corruption, hypocrisy, and tryanny. I mostly use RUclips to watch all my favorite creators (including PSR) but at this point, slowly transitioning to other platforms seems like the way to go. Also anyone paying for RUclips premium needs to give their head a shake.
It’s why I don’t feel bad about people using ad block. My favorite orchestra music channel gets absolutely nothing in terms of RUclips money. So annoying.
Cancelling my RUclips premium was tough, because I really love RUclips music, but they are such a scummy, hypocritical, political company that I cannot support them
We do, it's a legal right all Americans have however that doesn't mean RUclips "has" to let us use their platform for disseminating information. The problem is RUclips's inconsistent and frankly insane "enforcement" in which they often violate their own ToS going after anyone who talks about guns, especially 3D printed ones. The man did nothing to deserve what RUclips did to him, but they do sadly have the right to have done it. I wish the government had an online "town square" like platform where we could interact with our politicians and neighbors, have it require ID for verification and allow forums and video sharing unless the content is illegal it can't be deleted but because there is NO anonymity if you do a racisms, suggest violence, etc there's a STRONG chance of your employer, neighbors, etc all finding out so people are somewhat likely to be better behaved. I'm sure you'll have some people spreading their extremism but it'll be far less and they'll be far more accountable. Not to mention finally an end to the insane number of Russian, Chinese, Iranian, etc bots and troll accounts. I'd say make it viewable to the public but only post-able for verified accounts. Even a NPO would likely end up eventually going after our right to disseminate lawful information of this sort simply because of perceived liability, modern political divide also makes it worse. So IMO the best option is a government run option which is the weirdest thing I've ever advocated for lol.

It might sound odd to have the government run social media but it kinda makes sense if we actually want to get the political meddling, manipulation, etc out of it. The government wouldn't be allowed to delete anything unless it's illegal and then it'll be used as evidence of the crime or tort (if you're harassing someone for example). Let dumpster fire 24/7/365 cable news channels die PBS and other non-profits can replace them. Ban X/Twitter, Facebook, RUclips, TikTok, etc as we have a right to freedom of speech but that doesn't mean we have the right to run a social media business it's new a news paper it's just another company.
What bothers me most is it passed an unbiased manual review. No one polices the police so we are left with supporters that have a voice speaking up. Good man.
The next steps should include a join action litigation. Im not saying youtube should allow for unionizing, but there needs to be a balance. If youtube was actually establishing and following "community guidlines" then those guidelines would have had input from the creators themselves.

They have a monopoly so it’s going to take real intention from the public to move to another platform to let platforms know this is a free country and the public has the control. unfortunately once someone at youtube finds out that you have any interest in firearms (which youtube in general hates oh so much) and are known to show crafting, it's game over for your account unless a big enough fuss gets made and even then it will be a steep uphill battle for you if you do manage to get it back.

As much as people want things unregulated, RUclips needs to either be regulated or broken up. They're unevenly applying their rules and causing serious financial hardship for creators. They should be held liable for those damages.

RUclips is for primer accounts that you use to connect to real accounts on other platforms (like rumble). Deadpool has already figured it out which is why this channel is still here
It doesn’t help that Google doesn’t show results that are on rumble. You can have the same video on both YT and Rum. Same tags same everything and only the YT video will show up in the search results.

I would say the blame lies entirely at RUclips's feet. They don't respect the freedom of their users. Those on the left are afraid of freedom, it scares them. On the plus side, that footage at the end on the track is great. I could watch that all day.

You gotta ask yourself, does a free market exist with tech platforms like RUclips? They have a monopoly so it’s going to take real intention from the public to move to another platform to let platforms know this is a free country and the public has the control. I’m now thinking more and more that these companies know they can just tell us what to do, and choice is no longer an option

It's happened several times, they like to memory hole creators who talk about the wrong things, then gaslight that it ever happened. Conservative Resurgence is an example I can recall off the top of my head.

Never interacted with him except in his RUclips comments, but he always could take a joke, and could take constructive criticism and would give it real consideration... if every RUclipsr was like that, it'd be a much better platform...
Hopefully somehow he gets it all back, as he was a square n legit guy, just making videos for people to enjoy (sure he made money but probably less than min wage for the hours he put in) so it's BS RUclips is doing this to him

unfortunately once someone at youtube finds out that you have any interest in firearms (which youtube in general hates oh so much) and are known to show crafting, it's game over for your account unless a big enough fuss gets made and even then it will be a steep uphill battle for you if you do manage to get it back.

As much as people want things unregulated, RUclips needs to either be regulated or broken up. They're unevenly applying their rules and causing serious financial hardship for creators. They should be held liable for those damages.
I love the content as always. Have you ever thought of occasionally uploading new 3DP videos to Rumble? I know it's dwarfed in size compared to yt, but it's significantly less censored and dickheaded towards this content as far as I understand. As always ur the goat!
Some animals are more equal than others. I wish I had an answer for revenue for creators. It really does look a lot like a monopoly/rico issue and al pha bet gets to be the judge, jury, and executioner with a wink and a nod from bureaucrats of a certain persuasion. I'm personally trying to get to all the platforms, but there are only so many hours in the day. Keep up the good work PSR. Content and entertainment values is exceedingly high.
RUclips is for primer accounts that you use to connect to real accounts on other platforms (like rumble). Deadpool has already figured it out which is why this channel is still here
A new ecosystem needs to be built and supported to get out of this mess. RUclips won't change as they are part of the machine.

It doesn’t help that Google doesn’t show results that are on rumble. You can have the same video on both YT and Rum. Same tags same everything and only the YT video will show up in the search results.
