Yep. It’s been on the market for also 3 years. The BACK of the house is facing the wrong direction NE instead of South.
Yes. We end up visiting a lot of the same properties as Enes.
When you get older, lot sizes may not matter. I love the look and the pool is a beast! Can see myself enjoying it. Give it a 10.

Sketch, was the view as nice in person as it shows in the video? This property has great views, a plethora of amenities, and it's at the end of a cul-de-sac. Very nice!!
Honestly, I believe views are almost always better in person than videos. Unless you're using a high focal length lens to enhance the distance of the view (making the city or ocean appear closer than it really is), the combination of senses makes for an amazing experience. Walking from the inside of a home to the backyard and seeing the view, having the wind hit you, the nice warm sun, all together is very special that I hope everybody can experience at some point.

Back of house is facing (NE) absolutely the wrong direction (S). They will be lucky to get $25 million. FYI it’s been on the market for almost 3 full years.

Why it didn't show the family's room nor the living room? But it's shows everything's else few times over.
Sometimes showing those areas isn't possible per agent or owner request.
Only 2 gripes..too many white walls..and some furniture seem cheap for th house,other than the most complete home with ton of amenities...proper gym and spa,not just a little room that is labeled gym... proper outdoor kitchen, proper movie theater for this kinda money every mansion must be on par with this level of amenities

Homes with A1 views are very hard to come by. Developers work with what they have. Lately, they seem to be building a lot of roof decks to utilize the views.
Californians be crazy. Being crammed into a lot that small, so small that your neighbors parties can make your pool unusable is ridiculous, especially for that price. Thanks, but I'll get mine out of town where there's some actual land and privacy.
Some people love it, some people don't. To each their own :)
