It's a tough sell I think. Newer condos in Thailand are much smaller than the older ones. Even just a ~10-15 year old condo will get you so much more for your money. Then renovate it and customize exactly how you want. The newer ones are very small and the layouts just not as good. hard to find new condos with ~45sqm 1 bedrooms anymore. Now they are trying to sell that as a 2 bed lol.

You seriously compare an apartment in some isolated or not so isolated dead village in Eastern Germany with one in the most popular exotic island in Asia besides Bali, where every German pensioner wants to go and live the rest of their years???!
I paid $20,000 for my Honda Civic which is bigger and has more room than this car called a Lamborghini which cost $250,000. I’m so smart. 😂

We are way cheaper than Europe ;) our fees and taxes are lower. Higher rental yields and we also have high class facilities. Also we are summer all year round.

Bro where I’m from a studio flat is 350k plus minimum. Anything under 100k is unimaginable to us.

Again you aren’t paying $79,000 a month 😅😂if the usd is valued way more in Thailand what make u think you will be posting $79,000 a month in those countries u can actually own what u buy u know that’s why she said the cost to purchase the condo is $79,000 she didn’t say rent but if u want to rent which you will have monthly payments of course it will be cheaper but I would rather pay the $79,000 to eliminate the monthly rent costs

Yeah that would be perfect considering it is a small space very good idea also why can’t they stick the washing machine in the bathroom under the sink instead of the first thing you see when you enter the apartment in the kitchen ?

It would be nice if you could do a short video on how exactly a Forang can buy a house or condo. What is the process? Assuming a Forang is buying a property, that Forang is also going to need to know how to get home owners insurance, how to obtain a retirement visa, bank accounts, transferring money from a US bank to a Thai bank, health insurance, buying a car, drivers license and so on. Make it easy & simple for your customers to buy these properties. Give your viewers some options, please. We also need you to discuss the hidden costs, such as the association fees, security fees, and so on. What would it cost, if a Forang bought the property outright? What are the monthly costs and for what, please? Thank you. Cob koon cup.

So what. Are you going to be stuck inside your condo during the day?. What matters you have a bed and a roof over your head for the night in paradise for a reasonable financial outlay.
Don’t worry, it’s designed spacious enough that you won’t feel claustrophobic;)
