@jimsnyder6310 The analysis didn't suggest that playing games was the Only factor. It demonstrated that there is a strong correlation between the number of games started in CFB and how quickly QBs adjust to playing in the NFL. Of course, there are many other factors at play - quality and stability of the organization that you get drafted into, quality of the coaching staff, the talent around you - OL and playmakers, the scheme, and individual QB's factors (development, maturity, work habits, so on) etc etc
Im a packer fan..and absolutely think the bears would be dumb as hell to not go with coach flores. The dolphins were a nfl laughing stock before he took over...he won his last 7 games as a dolphins hc..and got fired..cause the guy has integrity...he refused to court tom brady on his yacht.
Didn't we spend the last year talking about how having a defensive HC was a bad idea because if the OC is successful they just leave to get a HC job elsewhere? So why start looking for them now? Would have thought after Caleb's first year we would be even more cognisant of that
You know who is a proven leader of men? Pete Carroll. How quickly we forget how fast he turned Seattle into a contender. He developed that defense. He developed those. He'll, he made RUSSEL WILSON a star. What could he make of a Caleb Williams?
I don’t understand why they won’t sell the team this would be the most money they could make let’s say 7 billion they can split that money up amongst themselves and go relax
@@73ajd1 lol ok the value goes up for whom his mother George himself how old are they? Sell the team cash out & this franchise will be one less thing on your everyday agenda. Another reason if they keep Poles in out bcz why should I care about this team being successful more than the folks that own the Franchise
@kennethwilliams2951 They own the goose that lays the golden eggs. Even with a lossing team they make money hand-over-fist. Why would they sell? As long as they continue making money off mediocrity they have no incentive to sell.
If I was a HC candidate I would be concerned that my GM doesn't report directly to ownership. I'm also not sold on Poles. He's made some great decisions but grossly failed to deal with the OL in the offseason nor during this season. It's severely stunted Caleb's growth.
More than this season. His best acquisition talent-wise (Jenkins) misses 40-50% of the snaps every year. His next best (Wright, Jones) are merely okay. Center has been a disaster the whole time, and we've been sporting a hole at guard (and both guard positions when TJ is out.) Poles' OL has been pretty much a disaster.
He drafted an offensive lineman every off-season. The problem is team play, not individual play. Get someone to coach these guys correctly and watch them thrive.
Thank you so much for this amazing video! Just a quick off-topic question: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). Could you explain how to move them to Binance?
Diana said“the hits “. I am sure she was referring to all the quarterback sacks , but I would like to add that. Also there is the “ HITS principal“ that Coach Matt kept leaning on 😠 😠
I think ownership is more of a problem for the fans and media they don’t treat us well. But as a coach I don’t think they are. They don’t really meddle in football accept when hiring and firing GMs and HCs but not in their operations. I haven’t heard stories of them demanding them pick a qb or their son using madden ranking to stop trades. They also built great training facilities.
Matt Nagy retaining Vic fangio had nothing to do with Matt Nagy and everything to do with Vic fangio. Not getting a head coach job somewhere. Don't give him credit for inheriting a good defensive coordinator. Had he not, who knows what he would have hired
Vrabel is the best hc hire out there ….BUT you run into if out oc does good then he will get a hc job somewhere…and the cycle begins, so what do you do
Remember years ago when we were screaming for a football president to keep McCaskey and the ceo (phillips, now warren) away from football stuff? Nothing will ever change
Yup Ted Phillips got the stadium remodeling approved by the city and now Warren is there to get them a new stadium. $$$$ are all the Mccaskeys care about.
But it did. Your post even says that it changed. I don't get it. Are you saying that the Bears shouldn't have the admin and a coaching staff (you seem to be saying that this was a bad idea). I don't think you know what you want.
@ Please go ahead and tell me what changed? We do NOT have a president of football ops. We still have bumbling George McC as chairman and now instead of Phillips as CEO it’s Warren, who is another useless business man not fit to have a role in football decisions. What is this change you seem to think there is besides swapping Phillips for Warren in the same role?
Watch out for the Bengals OC, but i think Pete Carroll will take less $$$ to the point ownership may go there. Ben Johnson wants 14mil per via reports. 🐻 Are not paying that and shouldn't for an unproven HC. 😴 Is a Kyle Shanahan trade which I'm guessing Poles is all over. He's tried to install what Kyle does here and hasn't been able to. Vrabel I've heard only wants New England of the jobs this year. Kingsbury and Flores pry get interviews.
Reasons why Ben Johnson will shun Bears. 1. Lions will fall short this year due to injuries and they will bend over backwards with $$ to keep him for another run. 2. He is worth $$$ if he wins super bowl as a OFF cord. 3. He will not want to be in same div as the head coach who gave him the opportunity. To many other chioices. Watch out for Dallas. 4. The McCaskey family org is a train wreck and has been for decades....
Not buying your prognostication. Why would Johnson shun a team that won't hire him in the first place? The last thing the Bears need is another head coach learning on the job. Only experienced HCs need apply.
If Mayo gets fired in NE we mine as well cross Vrabel off the list for us because I’d bet money it’ll be a NE homecoming with the rumors that he’d have McDaniel be his OC.
Hoge is so professionally smooth. Random thing happens, Jahns makes note of it, Dianna gets a bit feisty about the reaction and then Hoge quickly smooths the whole thing over, raps it up and moves to the next subject. It's easy to take that for granted.
Sorry but Caleb isn’t all that. We sit in the South End zone and it’s utterly amazing how Caleb misses open receivers. I know it’s the O lines fault. Wake up already. 😤
If you want a unproven Coordinator pick Johnson, if you want proven HC Vrabel or McCarthy. Just opinion, not to be considered expert options. My money is on Vrabel, then McCarthy, then Johnson.
No to first time head coaches. So no to Ben Johnson. Mike Vrabel intrigues me. If Bears screw this up again. I'm done with this clown show organization. #sellmccaskeysell
@@JJ-zr6fu The Chiefs are a bunch of pompous jerks. They are not very good winners. The Patriots and the Steelers and even the Cowboys were much more classy when they were in the NFL's favor. What you say about not making mistakes is true. That is why they win. But to say they are well-disciplined seems like a stretch.
It's a media thing. They are looking for click bait and think of traps that can set up to trip up a professional to give them some click bait. They state that a team craves discipline so their army will cry about the HC and how he should be fired. Do these people actually know that the coach does not focus on self discipline? No, they believe the media no matter how they spin their tales. It's just a big game to the media and their army. It means nothing till it does and then the team loses the rest of the season. Media sucks...
I don’t like gruden because everyone is seeming to forget he was running the raiders into the ground and I’m pretty sure the emails were “leaked” so they could get out of his contract.
Why are they drafting OL? They did that the past three years. Why don't they buy a FA lineman? Won't there be a learning process that comes with another rookie lineman? I think the draft is best used for the glamor positions. Linemen are not a clear choice from their college resumés. It has been proven over and over again.
If Gruden is far-and-away the best candidate, and they dont hire him because some woke person released private emails, the Bears deserve to lose forever. This is a game where people are getting concussed and snapping legs every game. If naughty language hurts your feelings, maybe go watch baking competitions on Sundays
Totally agree on Halas being vanilla choir boy only idiots. Gruden is a blowhard tool however. Only won when he inherited good rosters & never built one up.
Gruden is only one candidate. I am not sure why your so-called "woke" person is important to this situation, but I do know that Gruden should be on their list of candidates. He is well-qualified. Why would you think this would make or break the organization? Is Gruden really the answer? You don't know. Why do they deserve to lose forever if they hire some other qualified candidate? Gruden is a good choice, but far from the only choice. Not really "far-and-away the best candidate".
@jimsnyder6310 my point was if the organization isn't going to hire the best people due to woke ideology, they don't deserve to win. I'm not saying Gruden is the best or that I'd even want him hired. I'm saying if the team isn't going to hire (or draft, see Jalen Carter) the best people, they don't deserve to win.
@@jimsnyder6310 I know I don't want any rookie HC's and definitely don't want to go the defensive coordinator as a HC route. If Dallas was smart, they keep McCarthy. Their problem is their GM.
People don’t under stand brown isn’t the problem he’s just closing down a failed season. I think he could get an interview especially if Caleb vouches for him.
Bears will be the 1980s Lions for the next decade. Look at the difficulty of this division. This kind of organizational dysfunction can't be fixed in 3 years.
Pete is qualified. But remember, these talking heads are not. They can say whatever they want and, if the Bears are indeed a strong organization, whatever Hoge and Jahns say would not matter. Let's see what the Bears do.
Backwards. Rivera is an experienced HC and Johnson is an experienced OC. Why would the Bears take a chance of switching the roles? If you can get both of these guys, maybe put them in the positions in which they already have knowledge. Just saying....
hm I don't know how much the promise of Caleb Williams outweighs the absolute disaster of an ownership group and gm. We're constantly shown as fans that no matter what McCaskey stupidity wins, and if Poles is retained we are just dead set on continuing the cycle
So, you are saying that the McCaskey money is not good enough for the Chicago Bears. You do know that the owner is the finance and not the play-caller. Right?
If the Bears hire Lincoln Riley I'm officially fucking done with this team. The Bears should hire an HC/OC that has not bought into the mR gEnErAtiOnAL hype mirage. Make Williams prove he deserved that #1 overall pick. Because if you're honest, Williams' performance this year has not warranted that pick.
The team didn't hire who I wanted them to. I quit. How can they possibly not do what I want? 😆 And that QB is not what I predicted him to be. They should have drafted someone else to fail with this team. The post of a second-guessing pessimistic hater. So sad...
@jimsnyder6310 not quite. mR gEnErAtiOnAL has been exactly what I predicted: underwhelming at best. Hiring Riley would be done to appease Williams, which would be pathetic and stupid
KOC is a leader of men - just not in your face like Dan Campbell - thank goodness the Vikes did not hire Harbaugh and took a chance on a first time head coach that had a clear vision of the culture that he wanted to build
The Vikings? The Minnesota Vikings? The zero championships in 55 years Minnesota Vikings? Yup, that's a great organization. The Bears should be like them. Who needs those pesky championships...
I think one thing that speaks volumes is the multiple coaches around the league seeing they see the talent and a franchise QB in Caleb. No more we just drafted the wrong guy or he just isn’t a good QB. If Caleb ends up not being our franchise QB this is 1000% on the Bears. We ruin this QB and I’m done with this team until it’s either sold or there is some wild unheard of changes.
Because Hoge and Jahns are not part of this decision. Their "top candidates" are not the Bears top candidates. They are not qualified to make such a decision. I am sure Pete is on the list of potentials. Don't ever think that these guys have knowledge of what is really happening on the Bears. It became quite apparent this year that the media is always talking out of their a-holes...
I think Jon Gruden would be a great coach for the Bears. He was part of the same offensive coaching staff in Green Bay with Andy Reid. Super smart and ultra demanding and leader type of coach
@@StewMain6 Jon Gruden was forced out of the NFL for blatant racist remarks - verbal and written. Being racist is not a good trait to have, especially when 75% of the workplace is African American.
The obvious answer is Pete Carroll. Nobody else is even close to his credentials. I don't care about his age. Andy Ried isn't a spring chicken either. Pete Carroll would get respect as soon as he walked in the door. Those seattle players said that they would have ran through a wall for him. He built and developed a historical ly good defense without compromising developing Russel Wilson. We already have the pieces in place to develop a modern LOB. Edwards being our Wagner. I would be that Carroll could develop Dexter into our Bennett. We have better offensive weapons than Seattle did and Caleb is a better talent than Wilson ever was. And look what Carroll made of Wilson. He also implemented a great winning culture. Pete Carroll is as close to a sure thing as your going to get. Anything else is a roll of the dice. We need a defensive mind to stop these high powered offenses. Not one that will be forced to get into shootouts hoping that you get the ball last. An offensive mind doesn't win this division. A mind that will shut down these offenses is the way to win this division. Everyone just wants to see the Bears put up points. But what would be the point of were still losing ball games? Fans would still be complaining
Sorry to dispute your very well-written post (very rare in these parts), but there are no obvious answers. That is just a ridiculous thing to say. I agree that Pete is a great coach with amazing credentials and I would love seeing him coach the Bears, but at this point, there are many, many coaching choices that are just as solid. No one can predict the future, although the internet army think they all can...
If he can get wins, why not. It's not his fault that the head protection required from the football helmet is sadly insufficient for this sport. I am pretty sure he never concussed Tua. That one is on the NFL. Flores is qualified. Put him on the list.
Why does George McCaskey even bother to walk through stadium tailgate parties to ask Bears fans about the state of the franchise when EVERYONE knows that George is not going to really listen anyway? RYAN POLES is a disaster and KEVIN WARREN has been just as bad. JOHN DORSEY is sitting right there in the Detroit front office and iis available to be the BEARS GM if you offered him the job. Do you really mean to tell us fans that you won't hire JOHN DORSEY, who drafted PATRICK MAHOMES and built the Chiefs around him, and also drafted BAKER MAYFIELD and built a winning Brown's team around him too. Are you seriously going to ignore hiring JOHN DORSEY because you'd rather extend RYAN POLES? Seriously? NONE of the best HEAD COACHING hires will come to Chicago if RYAN POLES is still your GM.
I think you are using a pseudonym and are actually JOHN DORSEY trying to land a job with the Bears. If your boyfriend is so good, why isn't he known? It seems like he is the NFL answer to all prayers to you, but still the first time I ever heard him mentioned. I guess he's a secret savior...
Bears fans are Lions fans? In what world is this? I think you are mistaking a preference as being a means of support. We prefer the Lions over the Pack because of the really strong rivalry with GB. But that is far from being a fan of the Kitties. Hate all the divisional opponents, but hate GB the most. That's all...
Harbaugh chose to be in LA. The Bears had no shot. They blew nothing because there was nothing to blow. The part of the game that the HC is first experienced (offense, defense, special teams) does not really need to be considered. All phases of the game needs to be considered. Whoever that HC is, he will have an OC and DC and STC behind him. He needs to more of a link between the three sub-units and not an expert at one or the other. Maybe that is why Flus and Nagy failed. They were too heavily influenced by one side of the ball. Hmmmmm..
The Bears have to sell to the candidates that they’re not the disfunctional clown-car organization that the rest of the league thinks they are.
Actually this time around they are very attractive.

Of course, there are many other factors at play - quality and stability of the organization that you get drafted into, quality of the coaching staff, the talent around you - OL and playmakers, the scheme, and individual QB's factors (development, maturity, work habits, so on) etc etc
What concerns me with Ben is WHO can be bring for OC/DC and support staff.
I’m not that concerned. If teams are that hyped about him for multiple cycles he’s got a list. I’m worried about team management
Robert Saleh and then who cares for the OC. Ben already said in record he still wants to call plays when he’s a head coach
Or culture. Too many unknowns with Ben. Too many. That's a gamble that I would not be willing to take
Im a packer fan..and absolutely think the bears would be dumb as hell to not go with coach flores. The dolphins were a nfl laughing stock before he took over...he won his last 7 games as a dolphins hc..and got fired..cause the guy has integrity...he refused to court tom brady on his yacht.
Josh McCown will be the top candidate in the 2028 Bears coaching search.
I thought they hated macgowan
Bad idea. He has never even been a Coordinator, let alone a HFC. If you said hire B.Flo as HFC and McCown as OC, that makes more sense.
Thanks Guys! Great Great Work!!
Didn't we spend the last year talking about how having a defensive HC was a bad idea because if the OC is successful they just leave to get a HC job elsewhere? So why start looking for them now? Would have thought after Caleb's first year we would be even more cognisant of that
It’s always a misnomer that you need an offensive coach. You need a guy who can run a team
@@JJ-zr6fuThe misnomer is that you can't find 1 person to do both.
Forget Brian Flores, he also caused problems for his own QB and team. Bears don’t need that. Coaches like him don’t last long in one place.
I don't understand why they would ever suggest that name after the last 2 years of coach issues. Ridiculous.
Yeah, some guys are great coordinators and poor head coaches. Flores and Kingsbury fall into that category.
Should watch the vrabel podcast with his former players it’s awesome
What is it called?
I'm leaning towards Vrabel
Yeah...Vrabel & a QB that paints his fingernails. What could go wrong? 😂😅
If Ben Johnson isn't a leader of men, then you need to make sure the positional coaches are running a tight ship in the positional rooms.
You know who is a proven leader of men? Pete Carroll. How quickly we forget how fast he turned Seattle into a contender. He developed that defense. He developed those. He'll, he made RUSSEL WILSON a star. What could he make of a Caleb Williams?
Or not hire another rookie head coach....
George SELL THE TEAM !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I don’t understand why they won’t sell the team this would be the most money they could make let’s say 7 billion they can split that money up amongst themselves and go relax
@kennethwilliams2951 You don't understand that the value goes up every year, it's guaranteed profit, and there's no incentive to sell?
@@73ajd1 lol ok the value goes up for whom his mother George himself how old are they? Sell the team cash out & this franchise will be one less thing on your everyday agenda. Another reason if they keep Poles in out bcz why should I care about this team being successful more than the folks that own the Franchise
@kennethwilliams2951 They own the goose that lays the golden eggs. Even with a lossing team they make money hand-over-fist. Why would they sell? As long as they continue making money off mediocrity they have no incentive to sell.
Gruden would be fire
Which coach (or GM) can compete in NFC North with KOC and MLF etc ?
Pete Carroll
Definitely yes on the full zip hoodie
Thank you so much for this amazing video! Just a quick off-topic question: My OKX wallet holds some USDT, and I have the seed phrase. (alarm fetch churn bridge exercise tape speak race clerk couch crater letter). Could you explain how to move them to Binance?
We need to overhaul this offensive line no matter who we choose.
Diana said“the hits “. I am sure she was referring to all the quarterback sacks , but I would like to add that. Also there is the “ HITS principal“ that Coach Matt kept leaning on
😠 😠
I think ownership is more of a problem for the fans and media they don’t treat us well.
But as a coach I don’t think they are. They don’t really meddle in football accept when hiring and firing GMs and HCs but not in their operations. I haven’t heard stories of them demanding them pick a qb or their son using madden ranking to stop trades. They also built great training facilities.
I actually like both.
Can't afford to lose our OC to a HC position under a defensive coach. Gotta be an Offensive HC. Johnson, Brady, Kingsbury, Gruden, or McCarthy
Vrabel sounds like a great coach.. why’d they trade AJ Brown and why didn’t he workout in Tennessee?
Matt Nagy retaining Vic fangio had nothing to do with Matt Nagy and everything to do with Vic fangio. Not getting a head coach job somewhere. Don't give him credit for inheriting a good defensive coordinator. Had he not, who knows what he would have hired
Nagy was still the worst IMHO. And it's a verrry low bar here.
I think the credit for that retention has to go to Ryan Pace.
@@Red87star He was promoted way too high by the media. They called him the QB whisperer. He was not even close to being the right guy for the job.
Mayfield and Darnold both have 6+ yrs experience also lots of quarterbacks don’t get enough time
Vrabek would be the most Bears like pick for head coach.
Vrabek? Isn’t he coaching the Czech national hockey team. 😳
@@davidjchitown The difference an L makes
AH just imagine how excited you will be when the Bears are back in the playoffs.
How about doing a GM replacement show
Watch out for the Bengals OC, but i think Pete Carroll will take less $$$ to the point ownership may go there.
Serious question. Did George Halas swear? I have to believe he was a world champion F Bomber.
Reasons why Ben Johnson will shun Bears. 1. Lions will fall short this year due to injuries and they will bend over backwards with $$ to keep him for another run. 2. He is worth $$$ if he wins super bowl as a OFF cord. 3. He will not want
to be in same div as the head coach who gave him the opportunity. To many other chioices. Watch out for Dallas. 4. The McCaskey family org is a train wreck and has been for decades....
Dallas isn't hiring him. Jerry doesn't like to pay coaches to learn on the job.
@zmbiekillr6948 explain Jason garret
Not buying your prognostication. Why would Johnson shun a team that won't hire him in the first place? The last thing the Bears need is another head coach learning on the job. Only experienced HCs need apply.
Cause ND rocks!
I think it's a bad look to cast Gruden's speech as acceptable because it is "locker room talk." Boys will be boys? It isn't 1979.
No insight was provided that we already didn’t know
McConnell would be so Bears. No experience. 2nd tier candidate that won’t break the bank.
He is a cool character. Not too important to the Bears, as he seems to believe, but really cool...
Ben Johnson could bring a team
Of coaches, in, our guy now has only contacts wth thes guys from his neighborhood
What?
If Vrabel’s so good, why did he get fired. Does Tenn. regret letting him go?
He didn't have a QB dude. DUH
He didn’t have a qb and there was a power struggle with the GM. Look at the lack talent he was dealing with his past few years.
Belichick got fired by the Browns.
Vrabel is my top coach. I’m happy with Ben Johnson but Vrabel feels like a coach who was in the wrong place and still performed well.
Agreed. Vrabel would be Great!
Sorry but Caleb isn’t all that. We sit in the South End zone and it’s utterly amazing how Caleb misses open receivers. I know it’s the O lines fault. Wake up already. 😤
Vrabel is such a Bears hire. So uninspiring.
Hire the for sure shot Gruden!
Hoge, you just gave Carm crap about saying that the Bears should ask candidates about who their game management team is.
If you want a unproven Coordinator pick Johnson, if you want proven HC Vrabel or McCarthy. Just opinion, not to be considered expert options. My money is on Vrabel, then McCarthy, then Johnson.
This is going to be one long month listing to all the talking heads .....jezzzzz
if you can hire a no nonsense type of d coordinator along with ben johnson i think you would be fine. These player really just want to win
vrabel or Brian not a hard choices
Chicago sports media need to turn the heat down. If not the Bears will not get the correct coach because they are run off due to the ranting.
The "media" just do what their told to. It's access journalism and not real reporting.
Maybe we should go AI for a coaching replacement
are the bears going to repeat the mistakes they made choosing Eberflus?
@@rodneybaker1628 undoubtedly
Did he say Campbell’s first real playoff game? Umm…. They won two last year and were a half away from the Super Bowl
Reality says more than a half away from the Super Bowl. They are the Detroit Lions after all. Maybe they can lose the Super Bowl this year?
What if Ben Johnson doesn’t want Caleb as his QB?
He has a QB. His name is Goff. Why would the Bears care what Johnson wants?
The Bears want to keep dysfunctional in place - keep Ryan and then make a tier B or C pick. Groundhog Day.
No Jon Gruden! I know he has a SB, and what he did for the Raiders 25 years ago was impressive. But outside that he's at best an average HC.
Caleb is not enough to sell him on. If you ask me.
No to first time head coaches. So no to Ben Johnson. Mike Vrabel intrigues me. If Bears screw this up again. I'm done with this clown show organization. #sellmccaskeysell
If they screw this up I think Caleb demands a trade in year 4
@@JJ-zr6fu "demands" is a horrible word. No need to get all sensational.
What kind of players crave discipline I don’t hear this coming from the other 31 teams either you have some ballers on the squad or you don’t
The chiefs are very disciplined that’s why they win all the time they don’t mistakes while others do
@ The Chiefs has a tackle that jumps offsides every snap and what I commented on was I don’t hear teams craving for discipline
Don't care about nice guy mentality. Over 3 decades of nice guy and it never works.
Bears need to draft 2 OL in the the first 3 picks and buy 2 more starters. Stop chasing WRs and RBs.
Pete Carroll
Grudan is trash. He hasn’t won since Tampa Bay. You got a hard on for a bigot that can’t win anymore?
What a depressing ending. That seems precisely what's most likely to happen.
TIME TO GET Jon Gruden. Beardown.
Mike McCarthy should be #1 on the list if the Cowboys let him go.
On the list, but hardly #1.
@@jimsnyder6310 I know I don't want any rookie HC's and definitely don't want to go the defensive coordinator as a HC route. If Dallas was smart, they keep McCarthy. Their problem is their GM.
Does Vrabel know Thomas Brown? Is it possible to keep Brown as OC if the team hires another HC?
No
I don’t even know why you would want this at all lmao
Brown and all of the coaches need to go.
WHAT FOR?😂😂😂😂😂😅😅
People don’t under stand brown isn’t the problem he’s just closing down a failed season. I think he could get an interview especially if Caleb vouches for him.
Bears will be the 1980s Lions for the next decade. Look at the difficulty of this division.
This kind of organizational dysfunction can't be fixed in 3 years.
Your prediction is based on what? You just make grand statements without backing them up.
Really the DEI mccaskeys wouldn't hire gruden color me surprised
How do you guys not bring up Pete Carroll?! Doesn’t he have a shot?
Pete is qualified. But remember, these talking heads are not. They can say whatever they want and, if the Bears are indeed a strong organization, whatever Hoge and Jahns say would not matter. Let's see what the Bears do.
No to Flores
Agreed, Flores is exactly what the Bears do not need. He is a bum.
100% agree
None of you have a vote. I am sure he will be on the list.
Regardless of what people think The Lions don't look good. The Vikings are gonna crush them
Top scoring offense doesn't look good to you? 😆
Defense is injured.
How about Johnson as HC and Ron Rivera as DC?
Backwards. Rivera is an experienced HC and Johnson is an experienced OC. Why would the Bears take a chance of switching the roles? If you can get both of these guys, maybe put them in the positions in which they already have knowledge. Just saying....
Vrabal.
Poles didn't get it wright the first time, so why should we trust him again?
Yes, no one is ever allowed to make mistakes again! No more humans please...
hm I don't know how much the promise of Caleb Williams outweighs the absolute disaster of an ownership group and gm. We're constantly shown as fans that no matter what McCaskey stupidity wins, and if Poles is retained we are just dead set on continuing the cycle
Ownership doesn’t meddle with the coaches once they’re hired. If you want to see horrible ownership look at the jets and panthers
Bears would rather get DEI hiring awards then hiring a good coach
You are blinded by color (as opposed to being color blind). Too bad for you...
Eleven wins in 2 yrs? Sad.
Knowing the Bears we’ll probably wind up with Mike McCarty
Why would you say that? Is McCarthy the wrong move in your mind? Maybe he is the answer. You don't know...
@
No I don’t “know “ but I can make an educated guess on what I’ve seen. Go ask a Cowboys fan if they’d like him to stay.
What happened to the Pete Carroll stuff I was hearing? Was that all fake garbage? Because if that interest is there how is he not a top candidate?
Because Hoge and Jahns are not part of this decision. Their "top candidates" are not the Bears top candidates. They are not qualified to make such a decision. I am sure Pete is on the list of potentials. Don't ever think that these guys have knowledge of what is really happening on the Bears. It became quite apparent this year that the media is always talking out of their a-holes...
I think Jon Gruden would be a great coach for the Bears. He was part of the same offensive coaching staff in Green Bay with Andy Reid. Super smart and ultra demanding and leader type of coach
He is also incredibly Racist. Not a good trait for a league that is 75% Black
Never met him. Seems a bit too media oriented nowadays. Maybe another coaching stint would help him recover his football skills.
Dianna needs to step up her camera game like you guys looking foggy in comparison
You're going to trust Brian Flores with Caleb after the way he treated Tua? Give me a break😏
Why are bears fans..lions fans? As a packer fan i find that to be completely blasphemous.
Flores is a hard "No".
You don't have a vote. Give it up.
Get Gruden. They blew it not handing the organization to Harbaugh last year. Defensive guys and 1st time head coaches are too risky.
Hmmmmm..
Let's face it, Poles will not be hiring the new coach. McCaskey will be bringing in his gardener
You know nothing. 😄 The McCaskeys are the owners, not the GM. 😆😆😆
Stop saying leader of men. If it’s cringe to say they just simply say he’s a good leader.
It's their new catch phrase. I am seeing it in the responses already. A new phrase for the media's negative army to use. How special....
