It's unbelievable the progress Saima had since her mock test. She is much more confident and by the last time she did that dualcarriage did so smooth and so well I almost thought we were watching a mock test from someone with a full license. Congrats and I'm sure that you'll pass your test
Ahh I love Saima! She looks so so happy with her progress! It's super amazing to see her getting more and more confident. When you asked her at the end about the roundabouts and she was just beaming away when she said she was feeling very confident, made me smile so much to see how happy and proud of herself she was! ☺️ Can't wait to see her progress even further. You're an amazing teacher Aman and the perfect fit for Saima. 🥰

You are such an amazing instructor. I love your tone when you correct and how you spoke Hindi to Saima to make sure she understood your instructions. Also love how you encourage when she’s doing something right. Great job Saima! You’re learning so well!

I'm looking forward for her videos. Saima, you are an inspiration. Keep up the good work and Aman, I salute for your patience and always being calm. It's all in the nerves and anxiety. keep practicing

So nice watching these no longer being a learner! Passed Monday with 2 minors these videos helped loads. Saima has cone so far though she will definitely get there with your guidance!

Well done Saima, you’re doing great 😊 I was smiling watching you today and your massive progress you’ve made, you’re so much better, so much more confident! Well well done 👏 ❤
Love the way you switched to Hindi to help explain ❤️ I have been binging these videos, I am 39 years old and have my first driving lesson on Wednesday! I have adhd so have always been to afraid to try
It got so cute when you spoke your mutual language with her :3 love your videos thanks for not cutting them only to show the mistakes. I also appreciate the full mock tests without cuts because I also use them for practice hehe
Ah, dual carriageways (slip lanes are stuff of my nightmares, what if there's no gap? and changing lanes at 60 plus miles an hour) , are my weakness and I have my test in just under 4 weeks. This will be fun : Go Saima!
When on the slip road accelerate with the aim to get up to the speed of the road you're joining. However when you're on the slip road be checking your mirror/blind spot to find your gap, it may be infront of a vehicle or behind it. Adjust your speed accordingly to fit in the gap you choose
The speed of the gap is same as vehicle that has just gone past. If you get up to that speed you will fit into the gap. Drivers will let people in who are at the same speed as them and may adjust a little if you are 5 mph slower. Once you achieve flow speed you just need to align with a gap by slowing or speeding up. Notice at 5:11 we want to be in lane 2 but Saima holds a position beside the van so cannot change lanes. She is at the correct speed but holding the wrong position. All she needs to do is slow until van is ahead then move across and return to original speed same as van. All of this can be controlled by her. Notice at 12:53 we undertake a car then want to do roundabout third exit from lane 2. We have just placed a car right in our way. Notice how Saima has no idea of the problem she has just given herself!
I agree, even as an experienced driver, that slip roads are stupidly dangerous, especially the short ones. I've seen so many near misses and cars not moving out the way for joiners. They should just have a joining lane that goes on for a mile.
Hey if there’s traffic you want to simply adjust your speed a little and go in before or after the car on the carriageway depending on what they are doing If you look in Millie/ Lovejit’s driving lessons there’s a lesson where we worked on slip roads and we went over stuff like this. You will not be stopping at that sort of speed But be ready to adjust your speed and possibly change down a gear to get more power if needed
If it helps, other road users will *usually* move over when a slip road is coming up. Dual carriageways, motorways etc I tend to always move over where I can- Unless it's congested, there will be space :)
Good job Saima! You're progressing really well.. you'll be cruising along like its second nature soon! Aman is such a great instructor, I love how she emphasizes Saima make her own decisions and not depend on her. I passed a few months ago in India but still come back to this channel over and over and always learn something new. Forever grateful, Aman!
i have finally passed on my third try with 4 minors !! thank you so much for the vidoes i binged them all night before the exam, good luck to all having their exam soon!!
These are very interesting to watch as I live in Hayes and I know that roundabout by the Burger king. Its a nasty roundabout lol. Saima is progressing nicely just needs to remember certain things.
18:50 - classic "asshole parking" from that Polo. Good example of what Saima shouldn't ever be doing. I've been driving since 2005 and never took to reverse bay parking either. I never do it unless totally unavoidable.
Same here. Seeing the mistakes Saima is making at present makes some people -- like me -- immediately jump to the conclusion that she will continue making them and be a danger to other road users, but she's just learning and one can clearly see the dedication and the eagerness to improve. Everyone needs their time, that's all.
@@jayalexander121 I agree, but that can probably be said of all learners. One can't deny the fact that she's still having to pay a fair bit attention to shifting and, considering she's still kind of struggling to be on top of everything that she needs to take care of, taking gears off the equation would probably help a lot. On the other hand, maybe she needs a full license.
You are so hard working and good I am regularly watching your video please make some video about different thing I am doing automatic car learning I did 30 hours still worried how can remove my fear please thank please reply me thank you
I wonder if u encourage her to speak and say what she sees and does in the car for every step might help, it did me especially near test time. She is improving but still seems to struggle with observations around not just in front and controls a bit but shes getting there. :) Does she know what to look for on roundabouts, like signals, positioning, where the wheels are facing, blockers etc. I also notice she seems to just look right and not in front as much.
Saima has a problem with accelerating, Sometimes you need a more brisk acceleration. Learners tend to change up when the speed of the car is at the lower end of the range of suitable speeds to change up. Saima often does this quite often with very little acceleration in first gear. As soon as she want to change gear she depresses the clutch disconnecting drive to the wheels. The car slows a bit. Then she puts her hand on the gear lever and completes the change. At very slow speeds learners can sometimes do this and the car will actually grind to a stop during the gear change especially uphill. In my opinion she would be able to accelerate more quickly if she held the gear lever prior to depressing the clutch. 2:15 everyone undertakes.
Wow! Saima your progress is amazing! You are doing great! Aman is so patient and encouraging! These videos are so great to watch. I have been driving for 15 years and I still hate roundabouts 🥲
