Hi Hany, can you please make a video and clarify if there is a difference between natural and enhanced average lifters in terms of frequency and how often a muscle should or must be trained per week. I'm pretty new and totally confused because one says one thing and another says something else. I bet that many respond to this comment as well and everyone writes something different but I believe in what you say because you make an honest impression and you are the best bodybuilding coach in the world and therefore your opinion and your view on this would be very important to me because right now I don’t know what I do, I don’t know what I should do and I don’t know who I should listen to as a natural (no trt etc) 35 year old beginner. all enhancement does is allow you to recover faster so you’re able to do more volume and get more out of it (very simple explanation, lots of variables obviously). just focus on trying to reach the intensity that jessie gets to in this video with good form and you’ll grow like a weed. also just eat more than 4-5 times per day with around 30-40g of protein per meal, try it and i’m sure you’ll notice a massive difference in your physique and how u feel

Hi Hany, congratulations for your videos which I find very interesting and instructive. However, I would like to make a small observation regarding the shots: I think it would be even more interesting if there were wider shots so as to see the athlete in full while carrying out the exercises. Great Hany! I wish you the best for the next Olympia!
@@hanyrambod_FST7 I'm not sure if he has done a bodybuilding focused workout before. I've seen clips of him doing incline bench, other than that I don't know. I'm sure he would be up for the challenge though, would be interesting.
