Been working for me, getting 120 ms ping instead of 240, but now every now and then my ping spikes hard, and then at times it goes up to 180 randomly, and what does optimize do, what does apply routes do, where can i get a comprehensive guide

Thanks for the video. I play League of Legends with not so great rural internet. I get frequent lag spikes on League and it seems it's something up with my ISP. Without EXITLAG I get 85 ping that jumps around frequently causing really bad stuttering when it goes into the 100's. To my surprise I get a steady 60 ping with EXITLAG. It may be worth a try if your internet struggles with certain games. In my experience I only get bad lag with League of legends, I don't notice anything really bad on FPS shooters. Which is why I figured it may be ISP's issue with sending a signal out that far with not so great equipment. I figured maybe just re-routing to a close server with better equipment may be worth a try. And heck, it worked for me.

i used 5usd and it didnt help and i contacted suport and nothing they have done helped me in any way and when i asked for a refund the didnt answer me thinking about suing them for false advertising and scamming

There's no refund guys. You have to do a little bit of research before buying something. You only have to search for "exitlag refund" on google, that's it
