You need to set the settings right based on your location and the UDP servers are the most efficient at this time. Then using performance boost settings also help with smoothness.

The reason it didn’t work as much as you would have thought is because it works better depending on how far from the server you are, meaning if you’re 30 ping it might lower by like 5 (or if you’re lucky 10)

@@frostonsticks8130 I’m in Florida I went from 50-60 to 20-30 but if you get a bad server every now and then you’ll be on you’re normal ping just more stable
mines 40 and dropped to 39😭
i normally get 20-30 i now get 0-10, but i do experience a lot of packet loss sometimes that i didnt have without exitlag

I use ExitLag but it mainly depends on your isp routing if the routing is bad the ping with ExitLag will be bad

There are some more settings that help and you should also have QoS enabled in your router settings. I came from 50-60 ping down to 20-30 in arena and i live in FL lol

we players in south east asia uses exitlag. We usually get around 40-60 ping and 20-30 ping in creative. Our servers got replaced by the middle east servers so in order to get lower ping, we needed to connect to the closest server ( japan ) using exitlag.

I tried ExitLag and my ping absolutely did not change at all tbh, tried all the possible configurations aswell. Nothing changed
@Zapz i was like hard 60 ping and it did absolutely nothing bro if i were you i would not suggest buying it, but its only my PERSONAL opinion so just watch videos and you can decide i tried all the youtube settings for exitlag, tried everything i saw online that would help on exitlag and nothing work for me its just complete bullshit

maybe you dont feel a big change but it is so good for countries that play on very high ping like mine, Peru. We play on 90-120 ping and when we use exit lag it reduces until 70-80, some of you might think its still so high but its what we have in southamerica 😀😀

For exit lag to take effect. You first need to turn off fortnite. Then click on the Apply routes button and then start fortnite.

I have been using exitlag for the past 3 months and it is great. I live in sri lanka and normaly I play in middle east server,
Without exitlag- creative 160ping
- Arena 180-200ping
With exitlag- creative 50-60 ping
-Arena 55-75 ping
With exitlag plus tweaks - creative 35-50 ping - Arena 45-65 ping
I reccomend using exitlag trial first then if u have better ping buy it. It doesnt reduce ping for everyone the sameway same amount it depends on where u live , your ISP and etc.

I just started exitlag. I live in Louisiana, and I average 60-70 ping. It dropped my ping to constant 50 if nobody else is on the wifi

The reason it doesn't feel any better is because there is no visible difference between 20-3 ping. If you had 200 ping and went down to 3 then you would see a big difference

i use exit lag and it works for me I went from 60 ping to 20
exitlag just finds optimal routes. if you already have a good route set by your isp then there is no diffrence
for me my isp hasnt so before exitlag its 200 and after its like 60-80
