Open time : 10-02-2023 02:00:00 and closed time : 12-02-2023 02:00:00 So if calculate difference should be like 48:00:00 (48 hours, 00 minutes, 00 seconds) I can get this format in excel but not in power bi. Please support

While practicing time intelligence functions, the dates values are showing up multiple records on same date in the pivot table soon after adding the salesAmount column to the table.. I dont understand the reason behind. So tried the formulas on different dataset, it worked.
this video helped me a lot. but only if i had the practice data with me side by side it would have been just perfect. but still if you understand the concept just by watching i believe you can apply the knowledge in nay dataset. thanx again for the amazing video.

Example in health care project 1st page would be healthcare overview 2nd page would Paid summery by location 3rd page provider’s enrolment 4th page employer enrolment If possible please explain.
